On the ground floor is a spacious lounge and kitchen with dining area.
Upstairs there are two bedroom, one with twin beds, the other with double bed and door leading to the garden.

Idyllically nestled 4 miles east of Pickering on the A170 rest 4 beautiful cottages, Prospect Farm, Wilton. Accessed by a private drive, these tastefully converted stone barn are perfectly placed on the southern edge of the North Yorkshire Moors located between an abundance o scenic attractions including Dalby Forest, the North Yorkshire coastline and the Vale of Pickering, and only a short drive away from the livelier historic cathedral City of York. A garden offering far reaching views of the Vale is available to guests to relax in and enjoy.
Graham and Lynne have lived at Prospect Farm for over 12 years and decided to convert the stone barns into holiday cottages in 2006.
As a listed property, the main house dating back to the mid 1700s, care was taken to retain as much of the original features as possible.
Graham works as a self-employed builder/landscape gardener and Lynne works in Scarborough and they manage the cottages themselves. In their spare time, which is very limited, they enjoy horse riding.

Deposit of £50 (cheque only) is required on booking with balance payable (cheque or cash only) on arrival.
Changeover day for weekly bookings is usually Saturday but this is flexible, particularly for short breaks. Arrival times are flexible from 2 pm but departure is requested by 9.30am.

Short breaks are available - minimum 2/3 nights - subject to availability as follows. The Derwent, Sinnington and Saltersgate cottages (sleeps 2) £60/cottage/per night. The Middleton cottage - £90/cottage/per night. There is a charge of £10 / pet / stay.
