Lovely 2 bed apartment situated in the heart of Torrevieja. Perfect for families10 minutes stroll to the clean beaches of Torrevieja and 10 minutes to the centre of town and the beautiful marina. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double room. There is a kitchenette adjoining the living room and 1 bathroom. There is also a small balcony to eat breakfast on. The apartment is in town so everything is nearby. The beaches are clean and the water crystal clear and it is warm from April to early November.

We like torrevieja

The property was excellent. Superbly maintained and very inviting. The area that the apartment was in was close to all of the amenities and there were very good transport links to the various other towns which we visited. Overall our stay was a very welcome break after a very hectic festive period and our time was made even better by having an excellent apartment and locale in which to stay.

great place to stay

I have stayed at casa mary a few times now ,and I was always happy with everything,the apartment is excellent and is close to some good bars, and restaraunts ,not far from the bus station ,and not to far from the sea front .I look forward to staying there again.

shabby and noisy

Unfortunately, we found the apartment to be shabby with poor facilities. The front of the apartment was noisy with road traffic and the back with neighbours arguing. However, there are some lovely beach walks and the Friday market was interesting.

Owner's Response: I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. I am afraid you must just have just been unfortunate in the week you stayed as no previous clients have complained of road noise or neighbours fighting. The apartment is in very good condition, as you can see from my other review. It is cleaned thoroughly after each stay and the furnishings at the apartment are in good condition, exactly as depicted in my photos.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in ideal location

The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The beach was only a 10 minute stroll away and there were many restaurants nearby. We didn't need to hire a care as everything we needed was within walking distance.The air conditioning unit in the apartment was very welcome as it was very hot when we were in Torrevieja. The pool was also lovely, surrounded by lovely palm trees. Mary's colleague Paul was very nice and met us as the apartment as arranged. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Torrevieja & we wouldn't hesitate in booking again.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: .Although the weather is still clement during the winter there is a portable heater in the apartment for use in the evenings.A gas bottle lasts 4 weeks. The owner will pay for a maximum of 2 gas bottles. Any further bottles will need to be purchased by the client at a cost of 25 euros per bottle Outside: Pretty patio with table and four chairs. There is a shared pool which is not heated. It is used mainly by the Spanish residents during the summer. The pool is open from April through to November . It is guarded by the caretaker who makes sure the pool rules(no eating, no sun-cream, no drinking, no noise) are adhered to very strictly. It is not suitable for sun-bathing as there are no sun loungers. Please note: occasionally the pool will need to be closed for emergency repairs without prior warning. The owner bears no responsibility for these closures as they are outside the control of the owner and no refund will be given under these circumstances. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen included. Property is cleaned and towels and bedding laundered 1 gas bottle per 4 wks to be bought by the owner in the winter months up to a max of 2 bottles. Extra usage of bottles must be paid for by the client (25 eur/bott ). Other: Please note there are fans in all rooms. However a portable air-con unit may be hired at at an additional cost of £20 per week. Small dogs are allowed. A refundable deposit of 90 euros will be required if pets stay, returned before departure.
