Beautifully built new 3 double bedroom house in a peaceful location with own private pool, garden and fantastic designer kitchen. The location is within close proximity to explore the beaches, golf courses, Aqualand and restaurants in nearby Llucmajor, Arenal or Palma town itself. Alternatively just stay put and relax in the privacy of your own pool, garden, BBQ and sunny terrace. Property comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and WC, designer kitchen, Free WiFi, dining room, sun loungers and terrace for breakfast and dinner. Housekeeper is located next door for 'Meet and Greet' and to help with advice on local area, as well as providing baby sitting service.

Lovely villa but needs some tlc and managing

First impressions of the villa were wow, once we found it. We were given good instructions on how to get there but no one was there to greet us on arrival, just a key in the door which wasn't ideal. There were no visitors book of nearest this and that or recommendations of where to go. We messaged Carly for the wifi code and she turned up almost 3 hours later. We had to ask where the nearest restaurant and supermarket were. She didn't give the information freely. The villa was very spacious and quite clean however there were stains on the soft furnishings. We also asked for the pool to be cleaned the day after arriving as our white costumes turned yellow after 1 hour in the pool the first evening we went in the pool. We had no sun cream on so knew it wasn't our sun cream that we could see in the pool and on our costumes. Carly argued it was clean but did contact her friendly pool man who spent the next couple of days treating the pool. We also asked for fans to be provided which again didn't go down well. We were rudely asked why our daughters didn't sleep wth their bedroom doors open at night, when we replied they don't want insects coming in the room, we were told we were odd and not used to travelling. This was our 4th holiday this year and stayed in 20+ villa holidays. The fans arrived 3 days later after asking for them again. The wardrobes had a damp smell in them and we had to remove our clothes from them the following day as our clothes began to stink too! We didn't dare mention this or that one of the beds wooden slats had to be fixed daily as the mattress kept falling through due to our previous dealings with Carly.

The villa positives are lovely, peaceful location, secure, private villa, great kitchen, very spacious villa, fantastic garden and good sized pool. Carly's unprofessional attitude put the dampers on this villa holiday for us. Nb the villa was advertised with ceiling fans so we didn't ask for anything that wasn't expected. There is so much potential for the villa. The villa next to this one (semi- detached), is also rented out by Carly but we definitely got the best one. Our garden was perfect with lovely gazebo for dining, artificial grass with sun loungers and bbq area, the villa next door had quite long grass and seemed slightly unkept compared to our garden. Overall we give this villa 2.5 stars but we would not recommend to friends.

Gorgeous property!

Beautiful house in quiet suburb of Palma. We had a fab time, house facilities are wonderful. Easy reach of all major attractions on island. Carly and Andy were great too, very helpful, friendly and great craic! We didn't have a car for first week, house is on bus route though and everything was easy to access. Second week easier with car (supermarket, trips etc) but if you want beautiful surroundings, quiet time to yourself with lovely pool then this is the property for you!

Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful villa and Scott & Carly were on hand if we ever needed any help and to offer advice. Lovely quiet location, with only a short bus ride needed to get anywhere. The villa is to a very high standard and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. Scott & Carly were incredibly accommodating and we hope to return again next year. Thanks again, Emma & family

We had a fabulous holiday.

Although we didn't cycle when we were there, my husband who is a keen cyclist, says it would be a perfect place for a cycling holiday.

We had a fabulous holiday. The whole experience from enquiry to checkout was excellent.

The villa is lovely and very comfortable, its clean and very practical. The area is very quiet which was great for me as I'm writing a book.

Carly gave us some great advice on restaurants that only locals know about.

Wonderful Stay

A lovely and well equipped house, with friendly owners who made us feel very welcome. It has everything you need to make it feel like home. Whether exploring many local beaches and the beautiful City of Palma or simply relaxing watching movies via internet on TV. Very peaceful location along the coast and great cycle tracks. We come often off peak season and looking forward to returning to your property – see you again soon Carly!

Lovely Home

I would like to say how much we enjoyed our family holiday in Majorca. The area was stunningly beautiful and upon Carly's advice we explored the beaches and Palma city which are all closeby. The location allowed us to venture out or spend days by the pool. Thank you again for a great holiday in a lovely property. I am sure we will see you again in the near future.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

This area of Mallorca is very popular with cyclists, the house is located very close to the main cycle routes.

A pony riding club is only 4 minute drive and there are places to hire bikes.

A scuba diving centre is only a 4 minute walk from the property.

Coast/Beach:

Es Trenc beach 15 min by car. Beautiful unspoilt beach said to be one of the best. Cala Pi very pretty cove/small resort 10/15 minutes drive. Arenal busy tourist resort 10mins by car/Aqualand/golf fantasia/minigolf. Many other tourist resorts 10 mins by car.

Travel:

Driving time from Palma International Airport is only 15 minutes. Car hire would be desirable, but not essential. There is a reliable bus service passing many locations - the housekeeper will advise.

Distances:

Mallorca's stunning capital city Palma is 15 minutes drive away. There are stunning coastal drives from the house, stopping along the way in the likes of Santanyi for great tapas. Aqualand, largest water park in Europe is located 5 minutes from the house. Further afield the popular tourist town of Pollensa is 45 minutes. The unique area of Soller is a 50 minute drive or 1 hour on the Palma to Soller train which takes you on a beautiful breathtaking trip. Magaluf is only a 25 minutes drive.
