Buddies is conveniently situated a short level walk into Swanage town, with all the amenities Swanage has to offer - it's wide sandy beach, coffee shops, selection of local pubs and restaurants, Purbeck steam railway, Jurassic coast line and Durlston Country Park. You can easily get to Corfe Castle, Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth - by walking or by bus. The property has a large family kitchen/dining area, lounge, 4 large bedrooms over two upper floors. 2 rooms have ensuites and the other 2 rooms have separate bathrooms. The house is well decorated and has a lovely enclosed back garden with lawn and a secure storage area at the side.

We love Swanage for its olde world feel. Swanage is a real traditional seaside town with loads to do in and around. From taking advantage of the wonderful scenery and countryside, to scuba diving and rock climbing, and everything in between. We have found that people come to Swanage for various reasons; Scuba diving, walking, climbing, mountain biking or just to visit. Couples, families and groups are all offered a warm welcome year round. Well behaved children are welcome.

Outside: Medium sized enclosed back garden with lawn and patio accessed through patio door from the kitchen/dining room onto the garden. Table, garden chairs and gas barbecue. A secure storage area for bikes and toys etc with space to hang wetsuits. Utility Room: Attached to the kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned once a week. Linen and towels included.

Wonderful location for a group of SCUBA divers, great facilities, friendly welcome, wonderfully furnished site, all amenities clean & working as they should.

Room accommodation very flexible for a variety of combinations

Everybody commented on it being a VERY nice place to stay, not only as a dive base but to use a base from which to visit the area.

We will definitely be returning.

Great location, house was clean and had everything we wanted

Rooms were well equipped and clean, bathrooms had great showers. Great location for town, and the owners made us feel very welcome to make use of everything, including a new gas Barbeque in the back garden.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. It suited us well as we had various people of all ages coming and going! It was an easy walk to the beach and shops . We didn't have to move the car except for one day when we visited Poole.

The house had a lovely homely feel and the kids loved the big telly for watching films etc!

Perfect for our requirements - highly recommend

This property was everything we hoped for and more! Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. For our large party of 7 people, we all had plenty of space to relax in and managed to bag the public car parking spaces right outside the property. The small garden was also a bonus. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

We will then send you a booking form to fill in and return with a 25% deposit to secure booking. The balance is required 8 weeks before holiday commences. If you need to cancel, we will try to re-let your week. If this is possible, your money will be refunded. If we are unable to re-let your week, then we are unable to offer a refund.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Friday/Saturday. Property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. On arrival, property will be available from 4pm.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 3/4 night short bearks are accepted in low and mid season.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
