About the Owner

I am an English lady. I have lived here in the resort for ten years with my daughter. We are always here to help or give advice ( more so during the day! unless a big problem not to keen on phone calls at 2am!) If you need car, bike hire we can arrange it. Also if arriving late we can arrange for you to have the basics waiting for you in the apartment, water, tea etc. We pride ourselves on giving a personal service and as we live in the resort we are always close by.

Great apartment and location

Great apartment, perfect for 6 of us who were there for a cycling training holiday. Spacious living area and a lift. Location is wonderful, a minute from the sea and close to lots of restaurants. But also very quiet area even though it's July. Would definitely stay again. Very easy to communicate with owner.

Coast/Beach:

The beach of Puerto Pollensa is perfect for children and adults, it is less than 2 minutes walk from the apartment. A further 10 minutes walk and you are in the famous Pine Walk, a pedestrian area with pine trees on the beach, perfect for a bit of shade.

Travel:

Palma airport is approx 40-45 drive from the resort. A car is not needed once here as everything is accessible by foot. Car hire is available in advance or when here if you wish to explore the rest of the island.

Distances:

To the old town of Pollensa approx 5 kms.

To Alcudia approx 8 kms.

Further Details:

On the doorstep of the apartment there are some lovely restaurants, bars etc. There also a number of Spar shops for the basics, water etc. Larger supermarkets are available approx 10 minutes walk. Puerto Pollensa is a very family orientated resort, so even though there are a number of bars and one disco, it is not a party resort.

Booking Notes:
We are flexible on days, but in the height of season usually Saturday to Saturday, but please check first as other days maybe possible. 25% is payable when the booking is made and the balance is payable 3 weeks before your arrival. When you arrive we ask for a copy of your passport in case anything is broken during your visit (this does not include if you accidentally break a glass!)

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are normally flexible but sometimes in the height of season it needs to be a Saturday, please ask! The same with arrival and departure times, we normally ask for you to vacate by 10 am and arrivals after 4 pm, but again this depends.
