The fantastic houses are situated on a beautiful landscaped community, complete with large communal pool. All furnished to a high standard, all complete with TV, air conditioning, two bathrooms etc Close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. Quesada has its own championship golf course La Marquesa and there are many more within easy driving distance such as La Finca, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Rambles to name but a few. There also many more activities such as bowling, horse riding, quad biking the list is endless. Or you can just lay back relax and enjoy the glorious weather. Just 10 minutes drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches of Guadamar an nearby beach of La Mata. Traditional Spanish town of Rojales is only 5 mins away and nearby is the vibrant town of Torrevieja. Alicante airport just 30 mins, drive Murcia 35 mins drive. Great holiday break excellent facilities we return every year!!! Our friends and family have started going too... Property B is well equipped with all that is required and has been recently refurbished this year very tasteful and modern decor!! Warm and friendly welcome on arrival we get picked up at airport and dropped off... Relaxing and fun holiday every time...

PERFECT HOLIDAY

Our family of four have just returned from a very relaxing break in Property C, corner house on this estate. The facilities were great, definitely a home from home, lots of space, inside and outside on the patio's in which to relax, or escape from the sun when needed. No car needed as a few locals do a bit of taxiing if required which negates the pressure, and lots of Bars and Restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend the Laurel and Hardies bar for a brilliant meal, almost a fine dining experience..... All in all a good family orientated holiday...... Thanks Jackie

Location

From the Owner

We looked around various areas, but fell instantly in love with the area. It has something to offer everyone from sporting activities to lazing by the pool or on the beach. It is in easy reach of the motorway and airports.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Guardamar blue flag beach less than 10 minutes drive. Rojales, lovely typical Spanish town is 5 minutes drive away, bustling town of Torrevieja approy 15 minutes by car.

Travel:

Alicante airport is 30 minutes drive, Murcia airport is 35 minutes. We can arrange pickups and taxi service or recommend reputable car hire company.

Distances:

The town of Quesada is approx 10 minute walk, full of fabulous restaurants, shops, banks, bars etc. Local bars and restaurants, supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk. Rojales, the Aqua park and La Marquesa golf course is 5 minutes drive. Alicante is 30 minutes drive. Benidorm is about 45 min drive. Elche is 30 minutes drive. There are plenty of places of interest in and around the area.

Further Details:

Aquapark, tennis courts, Crazy Golf, quad biking, horse riding, bowls all within either walking distance or 5 minutes drive. Guadalest and the fonts are well worth a visit, by car or bus tours (pick up in the town) There are also some very cosmopolitan towns nearby such as Alicante, Elche, Murcia to name just a few. There are plenty of local markets to visit, all within easy reach. Or you could just sit back and relax and drink the local wine and eat tapas in the local bars and taverners.
