A clean, spacious upmarket complex and property - really good!

This property is all you could ever need from a holiday rental.It was clean, spacious, well located with an outdoor pool that couldn't be closer. Wifi and TV system was great for any evening that you wished to just chill and watch a movie for example. It really was a home from home property with the owners being exceptionally helpful. The complex itself was very well maintained with pretty good facilities also. You do however need a car and to manage without would be very difficult. I would certainly use this property again and have no problem in recommending to others.

Would definitely recommend

We had a very relaxing break in February 2017. The apartment is very well furnished, really large (which was perfect for us as we took our daughter plus my parents so we needed to have enough space for all), and is equipped with everything you could wish for.

The apartment is in a really well maintained development and has a massive balcony which overlooks the communal gardens and pool, which we would have made a lot of use of had the weather been a but warmer. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent in all aspects.

We had a lovely time in John's place. Everything worked as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool located on the property. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were clean and with ample towels for a family of four. Would return anytime.

A luxurious apartment in a great location.

Have just returned from a week in this amazing apartment which I would have no hesitation in recommending. Great location for a quiet break but as others have said plenty of amenities near by. The apartment was perfect for the six of us, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable stay. The owners were at the apartment to meet us and provided all we needed to know about the property. Pool area was very clean and great for relaxing - despite it being the middle of august was still very quiet most of the day. We had 2 children with us aged 11 and 8 and they loved the outdoor pool and the indoor pool in the spa/gym area. They also loved the sky TV and the recliner chairs! Overall a fantastic apartment for a family holiday with everything we could have needed and more - we definitely hope to be back next summer. Thanks John and Andrea

A Wonderful Holiday that Exceeded our Expectations

We were made very welcome by John & Andrea at the apartment. The apartment was luxurious and super clean with all mod cons. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, in fact we have booked again for next year. You do need a car. Sotogrande is close by with lots of good restaurants and places for coffee and drinks. 5 Stars all round a great place to relax and holiday.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment

We booked this apartment for an extended family (four adults and two kids) holiday. The apartment is very spacious and was a great place for us to stay. The owner was extremely helpful and met us there to get us settled in. Valgrande is a very pleasant and superbly maintained gated community within the Sotogrande Alto estate. The facilities are excellent with a nice outdoor pool, which the apartment balcony looks over, and a small complex with a gym, steam room and indoor pool. Part of the objective for the holiday was to get a couple of rounds of golf in and there is a fantastic range of courses within easy reach. We played San Roque New (very difficult) and Alcaidesa Links (very scenic). Valgrande is about a 4 mile drive to Sotogrande port so you will need to drive or taxi if you are heading down there. So, in conclusion, we really enjoyed staying at the apartment and would definitely stay there again.
