A very modern international style property, private pool with jaquzzi, five large terraces,gardens and fabulous roof garden. The roof garden has a bar, outdoor kitchen with two barbeques and is totally private. Terrace overlooking the pool with stunning sea views and comfortable seating. Two large living rooms, 5 good sized bedrooms,two with two single beds, two with one double beds (one is a super king bed) and one with two double beds.all with Aircon, 3 kitchens (one outdoor), 5 bathrooms. Short stay minimum 4 days available for mature girly breaks maximum 8 MATURE ladies/ gentlemen. On request only. Power showers in all bathrooms and iPod docking station in pool lounge. AirPrint printer, Bluetooth sound bar. Full size outdoor table tennis table.

About Edward

I am a business man from N.Ireland. My wife and my family of one son and two daughters and our grand children have the villa as our holiday home. We come to Majorca and the villa regularly as we all love the villa and its location. Fifteen minutes from the airport, ten minutes from Palma and five minutes from Portals Nous, Puerto Portals and Palma Nova.

It is in a very exclusive area, there is 24 hour manned security monitoring all the properties and everyone who comes into the development. It is very private and peaceful.

What makes this villa unique

The sea views are fantastic and the villa is a lovely home to enjoy. Close to many good restaurants and bars. Excellent safe location for a holiday.

Great Villa with lots of space and fabulous views

Ed was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He organised us transfers from/to airport and booked a fab local restaurant and a local chef who came and cooked for us at the villa.

The villa is lovely, with plenty of space and great views. Its nice and peaceful and very close to all the shops and the harbour where there are some fabulous bars and clubs. Everywhere was easy to get to by taxi.

Us girls had a great time and we hope to go back again.

Thoroughly recommend this place if you are celebrating a special birthday or a big group of friends.

Huge villa with unbelievable view and more than enough amenities

Greeted by the friendliest and most accommodating host I've met when we arrived at the villa. Gave us a quick tour and was more than happy to hang around and answer any questions we had. Our host had also offered to take us to the local supermarket after we arrived to get groceries and provisions for our stay which was far more than I have come to expect from the owners based on previous experiences.

I was also welcomed to stay in contact with the host over the course of our stay via text, to answer any queries from issues with the villa (of which there were none) to recommendations attractions and activities on the island.

The villa itself is amazing. Far more space than we imagined and is really well laid out. Although the villa is just a short walk from the port and some amazing beaches, we were considering spending the whole stay without leaving the villa, with 2 BBQs/pizza oven, ping pong table, fully stocked outdoor bar, pool, sun loungers, ridiculous views and all the sun you can handle, it was hard to walk out the gate!

Great villa.

This is a great villa in a great location. The photos on here really don't do the villa justice.

The villa has bags of space both inside and out making it ideal for several families. Great pool and lots of other areas to chill out and sunbathe. Terraces, pretty garden and the amazing roof terrace. The roof top area and bar was perfect for an evening aperitif. Great pool. The villa was clean, well stocked and has wifi. The owner, Eddie was a fantastic host. Met us on arrival with a cold glass of bubbly and had been quick in responding to any questions prior to our arrival. I would have no hesitation in recommend ing this to anyone. In fact we are already looking at dates to re-book for next year.

Portals is a charming resort with great restaurants and bars and the villa has stunning views of the marina. We didn't attempt the 10 min hilly walk but the taxis were incredibly efficient and only 4 euros.

My only hesitation would be for those families with very small toddlers and those with mobility issues as given the hillside location there are quite a few steps in and around the property.

Mallorca - Portals Nous/Port de Portals

Hilltop Villa

We travelled back to Portals having known the area well for some time for a ladies weekend together. The villa is spacious, clean and has all modern facilities required including ipod speakers, Wifi. Easy walking distance to both the Port and Portals Nous in the town - although due to the hills and climate a cab is suggested at around 4 euros each way its very cheap! The pool area is slightly smaller than expected leaving little room for sunloungers when fully occupied, but there are several other sunbathing areas to choose from so not everyone is at the pool at the same time. The beds are comfy and spacious, the bathrooms very clean and modern with power showers and all in all the villa is one I would recommend for others looking for a central location. Best views are top tier and once the Tomir hotels are finally removed/bulldozed (should that happen) Portals will finally complete the luxurious area it's renowned to be as these do somewhat spoil the view to the left of Portals. That being said this is a problem for the whole of Portals. Happy holidays
