Apartment in Pluertuit, Brittany, France - La Vieuville Is A Real French Home From Home, 10 Mins From The Coast And 5 Mins Walk From Pluertuit

This converted hayloft is set on two floors with private roof terrace and garden to the rear. It overlooks a courtyard surrounded by 11 other apartments. Some are French owned and it has real friendly community feel. The apartment is just 10 mins from the coast with dozens of beautiful beaches, coastal walks, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, bars and activities. However the apartment in itself is very tranquil and well equipped to allow a very relaxing time when you are not out and about. Pluertuit is the nearest town which has several restaurants and bars which are very nice together with all of the local amenities you would expect to find in a small town. We have converted this from scratch and tried to ensure it is equipped such that you will have everything possible to make it a perfect French retreat. The grounds are extensive with plenty of room for children to run, play and cycle all within the grounds. (Bikes are provided, there is a private fishing lake too.)

Why Miles Goodworth chose Saint-Malo area

We have always enjoyed France immensely - the food, the different countryside, the people, the wine!

We live in Birmingham but grew up on the coast and miss it ! The South Coast of England was prohibitively expensive and so that led us to France.

It's easy to get to by air or by ferry and it is a fantastic place to enjoy with kids or just as adults on our own.

What makes this apartment unique

People who have stayed here remark on how tranquil it is yet well located for things to do. There are dozens of places to go and see within easy walking or driving distance and the local food and hostelries are second to none.

We can promise you you would not be disappointed with the place ! We love it and go back year after year and are still finding new places to visit!

Notes:
Outside: The apartment has a roof terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and overlooks a private garden to the rear and courtyard to the front. Beyond the garden to the rear there are normally horses that graze in your cheap whilst at the front of the courtyard is ideal for playing rule and other games. There is plenty of space for children to play football or cycle and bicycles are provided. The pool is communal and approx 12m by 6m and heated. It is open from May - September only. There are areas where children can play football all within the grounds. The courtyard is ideal for Boules whilst enjoying a glass of something cold! Utility Room: The apartment houses of an open plan kitchen and dining area adjacent to the spacious lounge with sky TV and DVD player. The dining area constantly seats 12 people and the L shaped city and other seating provides comfortable relaxation for everyone. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Both linen and / or towels can be provided together with an interim cleaning service all of which are separately costed please ask for details of prices - NB: a complete change of linen and clean would be a maximum 100 euros for family of 6. Other: Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double sofa bed but it also doubles as a games room for the children together with separate television and DVD player. It also has table football / pool table (childs).

Excellent - comfortable, well equipped, good location

Stayed here for a week - just as a couple, although clearly the apartment good for families, as long as Care taken on terrace. Nice heated outside shared pool. Well equipped kitchen. Good locationfor exploring the area. Walkable from village centre and very good local supermarket.

Booking Notes:
We would require a deposit of 25% in order to secure your booking together with full payment 60 days prior to your departure date. Please note that living and cleaning are charged within the rate quoted and include cleaning and ALL linen including towels for indoor and outdoor use.


Changeover Day:
We do not have a particular changeover day this is flexible we will be happy to try to accommodate whatever you acquire.


Notes on prices:
Low Season from 1st November - 31st March is £400 per week (not Christmas).
Mid Season from 1st April - 30th May and 1st September - 30th October is £550 per week.
High Season from 1st June - 30th August - £750 per week.
We do not charge extra for half terms etc - we are parents and know how frustrating this is!
