1 bedroom, sleeps 4. Stunning one bedroom sea front apartment in modern apartment complex. Only 10 minute walk from the main area of Protaras and Fig Tree Bay beach. The apartment has full facilities including fridge freezer and washing machine and sleeps 4 by use of a sofa bed in the living room. New furniture has been put in the apartment June 2016. The apartment is ideally located on the first floor and is south facing providing views over the sea and lovely sunshine for most of the day. The resort has 2 swimming pools, a children’s paddling pool, tennis courts and a cafe bar which serves food, drinks and alcoholic beverages. There is also the Five Senses spa providing a wide range of treatments and a gym for additional cost, as well as access to wifi.

Great apartment very near to sea

Apartment is very modern, clean and has all the kitchen appliances you would want. Always plenty of hot water. Quiet location but only 10 minutes walk away from the busy Fig Tree bay or the main 'strip' in Protaris with its many bars and restaurants. Would definitely go back again. Always a helpful and quick response from owner.

Great apartment in a perfect location

We stayed here for a week in May 2015. The apartment is exactly as described, quite new, very clean and tidy with all modern fittings and furnishings. The view from the balcony and the bedroom window was lovely, it overlooks the very nice pool area and then out to sea. Having a double bed was a nice change and the water pressure in the shower was also great, a proper blast rather than the dribble that you can get in Cyprus. The location is excellent; it’s down a quiet street so there is no noise in the evenings but it is only 10 mins walk from the main town and the beach. There is a 24hr mini-market 400 yards away and for more serious shopping Lidl is a 20 min walk. In short, it was just about perfect and we are already planning our next stay!

P.S. I should also add that Sarah (the owner) and Jacqueline (for the transfers) were both a pleasure to deal with, quick, efficient and friendly – how many owners send you an email just before you go to wish you a good holiday?

Lovely stay

We visited the Apartment in May 2014 and stayed for 5 nights. From start to finish the communication and service from booking to arriving was excellent. The owner was very informative and we were given all the instructions that we needed to make our holiday go smoothly.

The Apartment was clean and modern and in a very good location. Its about a 10 mins walk from the main road where the bars and restaurants are.

We would highly recommend this apartment to all who want a self catering holiday in a truly beautiful area.

Superb Location

We stayed here for 10 nights, the location of the apartment is lovely overlooking seafront. There isnt really a beach (only a small shingle cove), but you can snorkel and swim safely. Fig tree bay is only a short stroll away, along with the bars and restraunts, which all serve really delicious meals and snacks. Overall a lovely holiday and would definately visit again. The apartment owner is very punctual and emails you straight back regarding any concerns or queries

Location

From the Owner

We chose to buy in Protaras because the facilities in the area are fantastic. There are numerous restaurants and we have never had a bad meal in any of them. The people are fantastic and Fig Tree Bay is one of the best beaches in the med. The complex is ideally positioned within walking distance of the resort centre but far enough away that it is quiet at night. Our apartment is in Block A which is the one facing the sea and the apartment has had its furniture upgraded this year (2016).

Nearest Airport : Larnaca at 66 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : irrestible bar at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Diva Restaurant at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : fig tree bay at 0.4 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

There is access to the sea directly in front of the apartment with a small secluded beach area and sea access or ten minutes walk to one of the best beaches in the med, Fig Tree Bay. A new walkway along the sea front, in front of the apartment is currently being planned to connect the apartment to the other sea front walkway in Protaras.

Travel:

Larnaca Airport is 40 minutes away, a taxi can be taken from the airport to the resort or alternatively car hire can be utilised as there is parking at the resort.

Distances:

Protaras is 10 minutes walk away, there is a bus service from the top of the road which will take you anywhere in Cyprus. Paralimni is roughly 20 minutes on the bus as is Ayia Napa.

The property is 5 minutes walk to fig tree bay and the main area of restaurants and bars but far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet. The resort itself has a fantastic spa and gym, 2 swimming pools and tennis courts and a cafe bar as well. It is sea front and south facing so you get great sun on the balcony and views out to sea. There is a gym and spa with some lovely treatments and wifi in the cafe and round the pool.
