Rainbows End revisited...

  • 5 of 5

Here I am again happily writing a review about Rainbows End cottage. My whole family were so excited to be coming back to this beautiful house, which we regard now as our favourite holiday home! Everything here is as you would want a home to be - but better. We splashed in the clean pool, barbequed under the canopy as it rained, played football on the huge lawns and slept soundly in comfy beds. Everything was spotless. The garden looked beautiful, so many stunning flowers and plants. Of course I must mention our fabulous hosts... Bev and Simon, so down to earth and they can not do enough for you. Lovely people, superb accommodation. We'll be back. And that's a promise. Thankyou so much for happy memories.

D. & J. Fathers and all the kids.

Absolutely Amazing!

  • 5 of 5

As soon as we saw Rainbows end house online we fell in love but when we arrived it was even better than we could have imagined. It really is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. We loved every minute of our stay here, totally peaceful and relaxing. The house has everything you need, it is immaculately clean and so cosy. The pool is the icing on the cake, nice and warm and kept clean every morning by the owners Bev and Simon. The welcome basket is a lovely treat filled with lots of goodies. Bev and Simon are wonderful, really welcoming and friendly, they have created a beautiful and tranquil place to stay our only downfall was having to leave, we didn't want to come home. We will definately book again. Look forward to seeing you again next year Bev, Simon and Flyn from the Morris family.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Warm and friendly hosts providing excellent customer service. Nothing out of place...it really does look like this! In fact it looks better. We were speechless when we arrived!

Rainbows End is a hidden gem and there is more than a pot of gold at the end of Rocky Lane.

Would I recommend it? Of course I would! But I'd make sure my holiday was booked in first! Which I already have done!

Absolutely Fantastic!

  • 5 of 5

I was looking for a property to rent while visiting my Brother who lived locally and found Rainbows End online - as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to stay here!

When we arrived at the property (Myself, my husband and our 2 children age 6 & 4) we were extremely impressed by the location and exterior of Rainbows End.

We were greeted warmly by Bev and Simon who showed us round the house and we were made to made to feel extremely welcome!

Bev had even left a Cornish cream tea for our arrival which was particularly thoughtful after a long drive.

We absolutely loved Rainbows End, the house is immaculate, clean and so cosy.

Bev had thought of everything including books, games and even things for a trip to the beach!

We also went for a dip in the pool on a fresh April morning!

A huge thank you to Bev and Simon.

We thoroughly recommend Rainbows End, and have booked to stay again next year- can't wait!!

What can we say???

Rainbowsendhouse was certainly that..... We had found our pot of gold!!!!

Nestled in some of Cornwalls most glorious scenery, this accomadation was superb! Immaculately clean throughout!!!

The actual house merits a 5star rating, beautifully presented, luxurious without at all being pretentious .

We met Bev on arrival who had laid on some of the most gorgeous local baked scones , cream, jam and tea!!!

Nothing was too much trouble for her, she really made us feel welcome and gave us plenty of local information, for our week in Cornwall.

What an added bonus was the pool!!! Fun for all , including little ones and grandma too!!

The location was great , only a 15 min drive to all local amenities and spots of interest!!

A must see is St Michaels Mount 10 mins away in Morizion

Rick Steins restaurant in nearby Porthleven

Praa Sands the closest beach beautiful sands only 10 mins away.

A little further a field , St ives a must!!!

The Mannick outdoor Theatre in Porthmanor, fantastic day out for all the family, the cove there, spectacular!!!!!!! 40 mins drive!!

We would recommend this property 110%!!!! We'll done Bev!!
