About the Owner

We are a family of five who first purchased the property off plan when we only had one child. We had alot of input into the design of the build ensuring top appliances and granite tops in the kitchen. Detail in the lounge with spot lighting as well as softer more atmospheric lighting. My husband is a designer with a keen eye for detail.

Having three children we have tried to make the terrace as safe as possible with large plantation pots blocking off access to the edges of the terrace. We now own a villa in the area and therefore rent the apartment out.

We enjoy going for long walks along the promenade which now runs along the coast from Puerto Banus to Marbella perfect for prams, bikes, runners and walkers. There are plenty of bars to stop off for a drink or snack.

Beautiful Apartment - Exactly like the pictures

We have just returned from a week at this apartment and can't wait to return. Claire was very prompt in answering all questions with the initial booking, and upon arrival - the site manager (Lee) was more than helpful with any questions we had.

The apartment itself was exactly what we hoped for and more, and a true representation of the pictures. Clean, tidy, expertly and thoughtfully designed, and very spacious. Plenty of towels, beach towels etc. Upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with the essentials, which was a thoughtful touch.

The patio was large, relaxing and spacious and the views of Puerto Banus and the sea were lovely, especially in the mornings whilst enjoying a coffee.

The shared pool was large with lots of space and sun beds, and even in peak season was never over crowded.

Puerto Banus was easily accessible by car in 10-15 minutes and Marbella just 25 minutes.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this property, and look forward to booking it again next summer. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Beautiful flat to spend a perfect Southern Spain vacation

We recommend this place highly. We are a family of four with two kids under 5 from the US and came to Marbella for summer holidays. Our host Claire was easy to contact and answered all our questions thoroughly. The place is beautiful. Open floor plan, high end features, and the deck is to die for. Outdoor living at its best. Claire has posted accurate and true pictures on the website-- the place was as fabulous as the pictures suggested. The property manager met us at the place and was gracious, and had the fridge stocked with some staples like bread, milk, and eggs so we could at least having something in the morning for breakfast for the kids. The host had all the things we needed too--extra towels, beach towels, even a floatie for the kids. A great kitchen, and the laundry was so helpful. Great wifi connections too. Plenty of space for all of us to feel we were really on vacation. It has a shared pool, but it's a big pool with more than plenty of space. The view of Puerto Banus and the sea was great. It is important to note that it is a good 20 minute drive, however, to the good beaches, which was fine with us because we would rather have the view and the feeling of living in a more residential area. It was only an hour to Gibraltar, which was great, but is a further drive if you want to take day trips to Granada (2.5 hrs) or Malaga (1-1.5 hrs with traffic). You will definitely need a car if you stay here. But we loved our stay, would love to stay again, and would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect apartment with open plan living areas

This is the first time We have stayed in an apartment block, and after staying here we will have no hesitation in booking again. On arrival you walk into an open plan living / dining room which delivers on the wow factor. With its open plan feel, and it's outside dining and lounge areas, well equipped kitchen this apartment was certainly home from home. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone considering renting a property in this area. The owners were great to deal with, with prompt responses to any questions, the service on site was excellent. This property was better than we expected, the pictures and the advertisements do not do it justice, as it is so much more.

Luxury and cosiness

We just spent our 17 days family summer holiday in this beautiful apartment. Sometimes descriptions and pictures looks better than real life, but in this case you get what you see, and it's just great. From the moment you step into the apartment, walk out on the terrace with lounge furnitures and sea view, you just feel comfortable and the pool area is simply idyllic. From booking of the apartment, to arrival and departure the service is perfect. We can only recommend this property.

We have been coming to Puerto Banus for over 20 years and love the fact that the area has always got a lovely buzz about it all year through. Unlike other holiday destinations which close down after the summer season, there is always something going on and temperatures can be 20 degrees on Christmas day! We love the fact that we can either have a quiet relaxing time with the children or enjoy the nightlife with our friends. We love the apartment due to its massive terrace area which has the sun all day long throughout the year. The views are stunning both during the day and night, on a clear day you can see the rock of Gibraltar! The apartment is ideally located as it is in a quiet location but is so close to the Port, Marbella and all the activities the Costa del Sol has to offer.

Driving distance from beaches, the closest 10 minutes (Mistral Beach & Ocean Beach). Nikki Beach 25 minutes.


Malaga Airport 55km (45 minute drive)

Express bus available to Marbella then taxi to Las Tortugas.

Puerto Banus 5 minute drive (3km)

Marbella 10 minute drive (8km)

San Pedro 15 minute drive

Turtle lake 5 minute walk has shaded picnic area and play area for children.

Local supermarkets and restaurants 3 minute drive.

Horseriding, sea fishing, water parks (25 minutes away) Fuengirola Zoo (25 min), trekking, bowling (10 min) cinema (10 min), Donkey rides in Mijas. Beautiful walks around Istan and the trail for hardy walkers up to the top of la Conche Mountain (takes 5 hours to do)

The apartment is part of an exclusive complex of only 60 privately owned apartments. The block in which our apartment is located only has 5 apartments with its own lift so you rarely see any other occupants. The swimming pool is never too busy as it is rare all 60 apartments are occupied at the same time due to the fact they are privately owned.
