Anita & Peter Nicholas. We live in South Wales with our 2 sons. We have 3 corner apartments in the Minerva complex so we travel there as often as possible to ensure they are kept to a very good standard for our guests.

Why Anita Nicholas chose Benalmádena

We chose Minerva as it has a fantastic pool and gardens, it is also local for all amenities, bars restaurants etc.

Notes on accommodation: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony if you wish. No pets allowed. The air conditioning has a small charge of 50 cent per hour. We reserve the right to refuse access/remove any persons who do not adhere to our requests. Outside: The pool is full open in high season with life guards. In low season it is usually partially open with no life guards. The pool side bar is usually open from May to October. Sunbeds are available, charges locally. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen is supplied. We do not supply beach/pool towels.

The apartment was very modern and spotlessly clean in an ideal spot with lovely views. Will definitely use again we're just disappointed we had already booked our summer app in the same place before finding this one

All You Need

Our apartment was clean, well maintained with everything you need. The location is central, close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and if needed taxis. Anita provided excellent customer service, providing us with directions to local attactions and best places to eat. We had a lovely, relaxed holiday. Thank you.

This apartment has everything you could wish for clean, tidy and well kept. Myself and my partner have booked with Anita and her husband for a few years now and have stayed in 2 of her 3 apartments and all I can say is outstanding. Anita & Peter deserve all the praise given to them, all 3 apartments are of a high standard and you could not wish for more. We had the great pleasure of meeting them in 2012 while in Bonanza Square having a couple of quiet drinks LOL and what a lovely couple nothing is to much trouble for them. I cannot reccommend Anita's apartments enough to anyone wishing to stay in very very good quality apartments. We will be flying out on the 2nd August 2014 for another 2wks in Anita & Peters apartment and we will continue to book with them because quality is all you get.

Location

Coast/Beach:

Just a ten minute walk away to the beach where there is paragliding, jet skiing and water sports etc available. Boat trips and fishing trips are available from the Marina or indulge in one of the many restaurants.

Distances:

Bonanza Square with its many restaurants and bars is just across the road. The award winning Benalmadena Marina and 24 hour square are approx 10-15 minutes walk where you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. Arroyo De La Miel and Tivoli World fun park with its amazing rides is located 10 minute walk away. Just a short stroll down the hill from the apartment you will find the wonderful La Paloma Park.
