We stayed in Lily cottage which was a cosy cottage for two with a well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Lovely shared garden and surroundings. Great location for a peaceful get away in the Lakes.

Chill Time

  • 5 of 5

Although we had booked Tulip Cottage, due to a misunderstanding we ended up with Lily Cottage. But I have to say it was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very nicely presented. The owner Ros was very friendly and helpful. I cannot find fault with anything, a lovely peaceful break in beautiful surroundings . We would love to return and this time have Tulip Cottage and its log burner.

Owner's Response: Dear Lorraine I would be grateful if you would forward any confirmation from owners direct about your booking Lily/Tulip cottage. The information that I received as owner all came through as Lily cottage. I understand that we have a 3 unit entry and We do our best to give accurate descriptions of each unit and descriptions for each photo. I am glad that you enjoyed your holiday and wish you continuing better health. Roslyn

A lovely relaxing break in stunning surroundings

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Lily cottage for 5 days. The cottage was cosy, warm and spotlessly clean. Lots of room and attention to detail such as fresh lilys in the lounge. We couldn't have wished for prettier surroundings, garden was a treat with a river and several bridges, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break .
