Sleeps up to 2 guests only (NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE) and is on the second floor of the house.
Lounge with wonderful harbour and sea views.
Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, pine bedside drawer units either side of the bed with lamps, double wardrobe, pine chest of drawers. Original cast iron fireplace with pine mirror over.
Kitchen (new for 2011) with 4 ringed electric cooker, microwave, built-in fridge. Wall and base units. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Heated towel rail that works off the heating system in winter or electric switch in summer. We supply tea towels, dish cloth, washing up liquid. Waste and recycle bins.
Shower room with new built-in shower. Hand basin. Toilet. Immersion water heater switch. Shaver socket.

Lovely apartment - ideal location!
We had a brilliant stay and would definitely return. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you could need. The views from the sitting room window were absolutely beautiful and it only took a few minutes to walk into the town. Fantastic!
Excellent clean apartment in great location.
This is a lovely top floor apartment with great views over St Ives harbour. The apartment has all the facilities I needed, was spotlessly clean & well maintained. Caroline & Peter were both very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
Easy to find, car parking was good and the walk to both Porthminster beach and the town/harbour within few minutes.
I have always enjoyed time spent in St Ives and would certainly stay here again if I get the chance to return, and would happily recommend.
Superb apartment in a top location
We have stayed in this apartment many times and the warm and friendly welcome we always get from Caroline and Peter have made it a home from home for us. The apartment is immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The views from the windows are stunning and, while the house is in a quiet location it is very convenient for both the town and beach. Having a parking space is an added bonus - not always easy to find in St Ives. We cannot praise this apartment too highly - would definitely recommend.

Perfect location, quiet and beautiful house overlooking the town. Great access to the harbour and beaches. Apartment 2 has great views from the top of the house and was the perfect base for us to enjoy a relaxing week in St Ives. The house and apartment are spotless and very well maintained by Caroline and Pete. Would recommend.
Apartment was great. Caroline and Peter let us park up early, which allowed us to get in to town early Saturday. Dedicated parking is a necessity in St Ives.
All amenities were great and views stunning. About a three minute walk in to town. Porthminster beach about 5.
We cooked 4 times in our 2 week stay, but the choice of restaurants means there is no urgency to want to.
Western hotel does great jazz on Tuesday nights and live music in some of the pubs is very rewarding.
I would recommend staying here
HOME FROM HOME
Just returned from a fabulous long weekend break in St ives staying at the Seaview apts. Received a lovely welcome and Peter even carried our bags to the top floor!! Great that we could park the car in the private space in front of the apt as parking is very much at a premium.
The apt itself although simply furnished was lovely, absolutely spotlessly clean, well looked after and cosy with all the equipment you need for a self catering break. The view of the harbour was stunning, and the walk to the harbour just 5 mins.
i cannot recommend this apt any higher.
Would definitely recommend.

Each apartment has an electricity meter and takes £1 and £2 coins. We estimate that Apartment 1 = £1-1.50 per day and Apartment 2 = £1 per day.

Bookings are from Saturday 3pm on day of arrival to Saturday 10 am on day of departure. A deposit of 1/3rd of total price is required on booking. A £100 retainer fee is charged on each flat to ensure the property is left clean and tidy and with no damage (refundable 7 days after departure). Balance to be paid 28 days before arrival with retainer fee. If booking both flats the retainer is £200. If booking 4 weeks before arrival the total price plus retainer fee to be paid on booking. BOOKINGS ARE THROUGH THE OWNER.
Saturday changeover day during the main season.
Arrival time is 3 o'clock.
Departure time is 10 o'clock to ensure that the apartments are cleaned thoroughly by the owners ready for the next guests.
Notes on prices:
Prices are per week per apartment.
There is a £ 100 damage/retainer fee payable on each apartment i.e. if booking both flats this will be £ 200. The damage/retainer is refundable within 7 days of departure after inspection.
If you wish to stay on extra days and the apartment is free the following week then please ask for a price.
