LOUNGE - Great Harbour and Sea View. Double Glazed window with blind. T.V. and recorder. 2 easy chairs newly upholstered. Table and chairs. Table lamp. Bookcase with books and games.

KITCHEN - Double Glazed window. Fully equipped with crockery/cutlery/cooking utensils, Built under Fridge with ice box, 4 ring Electric Cooker, Microwave.

SHOWER ROOM with plumbed in Shower with bi-fold door, Toilet and Hand Basin, Electric Wall Fan Heater. Shaver socket.

We literally can not fault it. Not one single thing. Couldn’t be run by nicer people, immaculate apartment with fantastic views. Light, Airy feel with great parking. Thankyou so so much.

A lovely apartment in a lovely part of the world.

The property was exactly as described and is really well suited to a couple looking to explore St Ives and the surrounding area. It was clean and well maintained with a number of helpful instructions dotted about to make using the features straightforward. Peter and Caroline were also very helpful. They were very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation. I have had two brilliant holidays using this as a base and would happily stay again if the opportunity arises.

Fantastic stay

We couldn't be happier about our stay in this place, it's absolutely superb! The owners are wonderful and very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The location is superb, 5 minute walk to the beach, stunning views of the harbour and close to shops and restaurants. The flat has everything one needs to make it both a great base for exploring the town and the area and a lovely place for a quiet night in admiring the views.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

Excellent stay once again

Lost count of the number of times we've stayed here. Brilliant location with stunning views from the windows. Very clean & comfortable with everything you need for you stay. Caroline & Peter are very friendly and helpful.I thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment & look forward to our next stay there.

Sea View Terrace

Our holiday couldn't have been better. The description of the apartment is spot on and there's everything one would need in a holiday apartment. It was clean and very well maintained and we received a warm welcome from Caroline and Peter. We would certainly recommend it to friends and relatives.

Great little appartment with wonderful view

Great little apartment with wonderful views of St Ives. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with top quality appliances, real home from home. The owners Peter and Caroline were very helpful and informative. Its very well located and the parking space is a bonus! Will definitely return!

Fees No additional mandatory fees

Booking Notes:
Bookings are from Saturday 3pm on day of arrival to Saturday 10 am on day of departure. A deposit of 1/3rd of total price is required on booking. A £100 retainer fee is charged on each flat to ensure the property is left clean and tidy and with no damage (refundable 7 days after departure). Balance to be paid 28 days before arrival with retainer fee. If booking 4 weeks before arrival the total price plus retainer fee to be paid on booking. BOOKINGS ARE THROUGH THE OWNER by Cheque or Bank Transfer. I will e-mail my Booking Form.

Changeover Day:
Saturday changeover day during the main season.
Arrival time is 3 o'clock.
Departure time is 10 o'clock to ensure that the apartments are cleaned thoroughly by the owners ready for the next guests.

Notes on prices:
Prices are per week per apartment.

There is a £ 100 damage/retainer fee payable on each apartment i.e. if booking both flats this will be £ 200. The damage/retainer is refundable within 7 days of departure after inspection.

If you wish to stay on extra days and the apartment is free the following week then please ask for a price.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
