Sleeps up to 3 people only (no children under 10 years of age) and is on the first floor of the house.
Bay windowed lounge with wonderful harbour/sea views.
Single bedroom with 3ft bed with underneath bed storage boxes, pine bedside single drawer unit and lamp, single built-in wardrobe with 3 drawer unit, clothes rail and shelf above.
Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, pine bedside drawer units either side of the bed with lamps, pine double wardrobe, pine chest of drawers. Original tiled fireplace with over mantle mirror.
New Kitchen for 2012: 4 ringed electric cooker/microwave/fridge/dishwasher. Wall/base units. Fully equipped with crockery/cutlery/cooking utensils. Table/chairs.Iron/board.Vacuum cleaner.Waste/recycle bins.We provide-Tea towels/dish cloth/washing up liquid.
Bathroom with bath with built-in shower over the bath. Hand basin. Airing cupboard with shelving and immersion water heater. Shaver socket. Wall fan heater. Electric heated towel rail.

Lovely stay in St. Ives
From the moment we arrived we received a warm and friendly welcome from owners Peter and Caroline. Apartment 1 was everything we could have hoped for with a fantastic view of the town and harbour. Clean and comfortable and very well equipped with extras like books and games for rainy days. Only 5 minutes walk down into the town St. Ives is a lively resort with plenty of places to eat and drink, lovely beaches and cliff top walks. A good base for exploring other places nearby. Can highly recommend a visit.
Sea View Terrace
We are always assured of a warm welcome from Peter and Caroline when we arrive. The apartment is always in excellent condition, clean and tidy throughout, and with everything needed to make a week's stay, home from home. There is always the added benefit of stunning views. Breakfast in the lounge overlooking St Ives harbour can't be beaten.
Immaculate apartment in a fantastic location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our break to St Ives, the apartment was immaculate, the owners were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is in a fantastic location with lovely views over the harbour and within a five minute walk from St Ives centre. The bonus was the parking outside the apartment which is unheard of in St Ives, we didn't need to move the car all week! The communication throughout our booking was great too, can't recommend enough!
A lovely week in St Ives.....
I brought my 10 year old daughter for week in St Ives in August 2014 and we had a great time!! Without doubt, a big part of this was down to Caroline and Peter and their superb apartments in Seaview Terrace. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, we couldn't have wished for more from our base and as for the view of the harbour from the front-windows, the photos on Owners Direct do not do it justice!! In short a fantastic place to stay for a holiday - you should do yourself a favour and book it quick!!!

Each apartment has an electricity meter and takes £1 and £2 coins. We estimate that Apartment 1 = £1-1.50 per day and Apartment 2 = £1 per day.
Sorry: No Children under the age of 10 years. No Pets. No Smoking in the Apartment..

|Fees||No additional mandatory fees|
Bookings are from Saturday 3pm On day of arrival to Saturday 10am on day of departure. A deposit of 1/3rd of total price is required on booking. A £100 retainer fee is charged on each flat to ensure the property is left clean and tidy and with no damage (refundable 7 days after departure). Balance to be paid 28 days before arrival with retainer fee. If booking both flats the retainer is £200. If booking 4 weeks before arrival the total price plus retainer fee to be paid on booking. BOOKING IS THROUGH THE OWNER.. A Booking Form will be e-mailed and payment can be by cheque or Bank Transfer to the Owner.
Saturday changeover day during the main season.
Arrival time is 3 o'clock.
Departure time is 10 o'clock to ensure that the apartments are cleaned thoroughly by the owners ready for the next guests.
Notes on prices:
Prices are per week per apartment.
There is a £ 100 damage/retainer fee payable on each apartment i.e. if booking both flats this will be £ 200. The damage/retainer is refundable within 7 days of departure after inspection.
If you wish to stay on extra days and the apartment is free the following week then please ask for a price.
