Lounge/diner, two sofas, dining table & 6 chairs, coffee table, books & entertainment equipment. Double doors lead onto the terrace.
Cleaned for the arrival of each guest, fresh towels, bed linen, tea towels & oven gloves are provided.

Overlooking Penoncillo beach, these two apartments are situated with “Alto Rey” being directly above “Casa Reina” and they exclusively share a single set of entrance steps from the adjacent off road parking to the rear of the properties.
Each apartment is comfortably furnished for four guests. Accommodation comprises of two bedrooms (both with en-suite facilities), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The lounge/diner leads onto a large south facing sun terrace with patio table and chairs, sun loungers, parasol, brick BBQ and views to the Mediterranean.
The bedrooms and lounge/dinner each have ceiling fans and metered A/C (heating and cooling) for the convenience of guests. Both apartments enjoy free wireless internet connectivity, TV with a freeview box (providing many UK, Spanish and German channels), and an AV receiver for use with DVD's and CD's.
The master bedroom in each apartment has a security safe for the storage personal items.
The apartments are cleaned prior to the arrival of all guests and fresh bed linen and towels are provided for use within the apartment. In each bathroom you will also find a small bar of soap, a sachet of shower gel and shampoo. Tea towels and oven gloves are provided for use in the kitchen along with a small supply of tea, coffee and sugar, soap powder, fabric conditioner and dish washer tabs.
We regret that we are unable to accept pets and No Smoking is permitted within either apartment.

Reservations can be made by e-mail (details below) and your provisional booking will be acknowledged by email. To confirm your reservation a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price is requested by return of post, details will be provided with acknowledgement.
Our local agent requires a booking form to be completed providing them with your details to comply with local by-laws.
The balance is due not less than 6 weeks before occupation.
The preferred changeover day is Saturday but outside the main holiday periods there could be greater flexibility. Arrival time is not before 1600 hours with a departure time of 1000 hours. Any concerns please ask with your initial enquiry.

Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds. Outside the main holiday periods split weeks or long weekends are available. There are discounts for long winter lets and late availability offers may apply..
At the time of booking 25% deposit is required, the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and payments can be in pounds or euro's by electronic transfer.
