Travel:

Newquay Airport is 3 miles away. The train station is 1 mile away with taxi rank outside. The house is situated on the regular local bus route.

Distances:

Newquay town centre 15/20 mins walk, Newquay Waterworld, skate park and zoo 10 mins walk. Trenance gardens 15 mins walk. Eden project about 30 mins drive. Ideally situated for exploring Cornwall.

Further Details:

A shop & cafe are situated on site (limited opening hours early, late season). Local restaurants are 10 mins walk, Large supermarket 2 mins drive.

Booking Notes:
Bookings are sat-sat during high season, mid week bookings by arrangement low season. £1560 per week deposit by cheque or debit/credit card (2.5% charge for credit card). Full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival by cheque/card. Deposits are non refundable.

Changeover Day:
Change over day sat-sat, this is flexible early season. Accommodation will be ready for occupation at 2pm on day of arrival. Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. You are welcome to arrive earlier and use the site facilities.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Families and couples only.
A £50 cash key deposit is payable on arrival and is returned on departure if the accommodation is left to our satisfaction.
