If space, tranquility, breathtaking views, high quality contemporary accommodation, alfresco dining and a large swimming pool are high on your wish list, then this is for you. Nestled cosily on a south-facing hillside with panoramic views over rolling countryside, the Mediterranean and Montgo - the 2,400 ft mountain and local landmark that rises majestically to the south, colours ever changing depending on the sun’s orientation - the setting is magnificent. To eat alfresco beneath the Indonesian style “naya” having grilled delicious fresh prawns (for which the local town of Denia is renowned), sardines, lamb chops, steaks, pork…the list is endless, on the gas barbecue a few feet away - gazing across the pool and out over Marina Alta, sipping from a glass of vino tinto or blanco day or night (with the subtly placed and soft lighting), has to be experienced to be believed. It is memorizing, troubles and worries evaporate. Space is very generous both inside and out.

“Our second year in this beautiful villa and another fantastic holiday. Sitting under the naya in the evening, over freshly barbecued, locally caught fish and prawns is idyllic. We all love the pool including our two kids – who often didn't even want to leave the villa to go to the beach or a day out. The villa is so spacious that it’s easy to avoid getting on top of each other and cool enough for those who need to shade from the fabulous sun. Everything you need is here and there are gorgeous beaches.

On booking a non-returnable deposit is payable equivalent to 30% of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A security fee of £300 is also payable which will be refunded within 2 weeks from departure subject to satisfactory property inspection. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixture and fittings.
We have no fixed changeover day and, depending on availability, we are flexible.
