The apartment is located at Les Granges, Talloires - situated on the eastern side of the lake - Rive Plein Soleil. Talloires' mountainous landscapes and picturesque setting on Lac d'Annecy, medieval architecture, charming character and a host of summer and winter sports and recreational activities makes this the perfect holiday destination.

The apartment is 100m2 and consists of 1 master bedroom (with mountain view), 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and a converted attic with a double bed. Additional sleeping is available in the TV room which includes a day-bed and a sofa bed. The living and dining area is very comfortable and leads onto a balcony for that super view of the lake. Within walking distance of the village centre and lake-side beach.

The location was amazing!!!

The first morning we woke up, we felt we were in a dream... The view was spectacular. I would come back anytime!!! It was one of the best spot l had been yet and I travel a lot. Wow!!!

Perfect holiday

Our 4th stay in the apartment and it continues to be perfect for our needs. This year my mother came with us, so 3 adults and 2 children (7 and 3 years old), but we had all the space we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The oven is a great addition, especially with 2 fussy mouths to feed! The 5 minute drive to the plage/lake is one of the big positive factors for us as we spend most of our time there. Fantastic view of the lake from the balcony, in such a peaceful area - nothing beats sitting out there (once the little ones are in bed) with a (large) glass of vino! We will definitely be returning!

Belle vue sur le Lac Annecy et Talloire

Charmant appartement au 3ième étage avec une très belle vue sur le Lac Annecy, les montagnes ainsi que sur la petite ville de Talloire. Endroit tranquille et proche des services. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Pour les amateurs de plein air et de loisir, cette endroit sera vous ravir et en plus de la chamante ville d'Annecy qui est une des très belle à visité.

Great location.

Our family of 6, 2 adults, 4 children from New Zealand really enjoyed our recent stay at Quatre Saisons.

The apartment was very suitable for our family with wonderful views of the lake.

We enjoyed the downhill walk into the village of Talloires and appreciated the walk uphill afterwards due to all the wonderful French food that we had been eating!

Talloires is a really great area to stay in and it was easy to use this as our base for sight seeing around the Lake Annecy area.

The owner Phillip was really helpful with tips for places to visit in the area.

Talloires is 13km from Annecy, Haute Savoie, Rhone Alpes. Travelling by car - Driving from Calais would take around 8 hours. Exit at J16 of A41 Annecy Sud in the direction of Thônes. Satellite coordinates are 45'50'42.78" N

Travelling by air - Geneva airport is 54km away. Grenoble and Lyon are around 90 minutes away

Travelling by rail - TGV High Speed train 5 * direct per day Paris/Annecy (3h 35 min). Regular buses and taxis are available from the station.

Distances:

Talloires centre-ville is 10 minutes downhill walk - a lttle more effort required to return.

Annecy is 13 km - travel by boat from Talloires port (recommended).

Geneva International Airport is 54 km.

Further Details:

Talloires village provides a community in its own right, with a central church, post office, bank, tourist office, library, and a small general store (8 à Huit). Talloires boasts a range of beautiful restaurants.
