Casa Colina is situated within a small development on edge of Benitachell town and within a short drive to Moraira and Javea where there are numerous beaches restaurants and bars. There are golf courses at Javea approx 6km and at La Sella Denia approx 20km from property. There are facilities at Moraira for scuba diving and jet safari that visits the caves on Javea coast. The apartment contains 2 bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes. It has a separate bathroom with shower a lounge/dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with full cooker fridge freezer and washing machine. Outside there is 2 seating areas swimming pool and sunbathing area.

About Christine Dawson

I have lived with my husband in Spain for 10 years.We love this area because of the good facilities available. There are some beautiful beaches nearby and Javea and Moraira boasts great range of bars and restaurants. The area is easily accessible with Alicante and Valencia airports just over 1 hours drive away.

We discovered this area 12 years ago when most of it was a fertile valley covered with terraces growing vines and olives.There are more houses here now but it is still beautiful - come and enjoy it too!

Rentals are from 1600hrs on day of arrival to 1000hrs on day of departure unless otherwise arranged direct with owner every effort will be made to accomadate variations in flight and travel times.
We require 50% deposit to secure booking and balance is due at least 4 weeks prior to holiday. If booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to holiday full balance is required and this is the only secure method of booking. We also request a £100 security deposit.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover day Saturday but can be flexible.
Please depart by 1000 hrs and arrive after 1600hrs unless otherwise arranged direct with owner.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
