Located a short walk from the golden sandy beach and Praca area, with its variety of restaurants and bars, this recently refurbished large 2-bedroom semi-detached villa provides luxury accommodation, which is also close to Vale do Lobo's many top facilities.

A fantastic place to stay, one of the best locations in the resort, close to the central Praca and its nightlife but just far enough away if you prefer peace and tranquillity. The villa is luxurious & spacious with large split-level dining and living rooms, well equipped throughout and with polished solid marble floors and stylish decor. It is a 4 minutes walk from the beach, sleeps 4/6 (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with top quality Italian kitchen, deluxe bathrooms, 'Jacuzzi' bath, large rear patio with sunbeds, table and chairs, umbrella and BBQ, roof terrace with sea views, air conditioning throughout, alarm, electric shutters, good security, private driveway & garden, superbly located for beach, Praca, golf, tennis academy, fitness centre and all amenities.

Upon arrival at the villa you will be met by my friendly colleague who will go through check-in and the facilities with you. They will also arrange check-out for you.

A maid service is provided: For stays over 7 nights, maid service and change of towels/linen are included once per week. Additional maid services are available on request (in advance) for an additional cost. Beach towels are not provide, please bring your own. Guests are expected to keep the villa reasonably clean during their stay.

Great location, lovely villa

We had a wonderful family holiday in Vale do Lobo, the villa is in a great location just a 10min walk from the Praca & the beach.

We would definitely recommend the villa. Both Kat & Ricardo were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely stay, the villa is beautiful and had everything we needed. It is only 5 -10 min walk from the beach which we managed just fine with 2 kids. We would definitely stay there again if we were to return to Algarve.

Great villa in a fantastic location

We have just come back from a great 10 days in the villa. The villa is modern, clean and spacious, a real home from home. And the roof terrace is great for a pre-dinner drink in the sun.

The location is fantastic, less than 10 mins walk from the Praca and under 15 minutes from the golf club, while the famous 16th hole of the Royal Course is just around the corner if you fancy watching some golfers try to take it on.

Kat the owner was very easy to deal with, as was Ricardo the agent.

The only slight issue was getting the wifi to work, but that's a very minor quibble given that you can now use your UK data allowance in Portugal.

Overall we would not hesitate to recommend the villa and hopefully we will rent it again soon.

Another great week

Another fantastic week at this villa. Myself and my two children (13 & 10) came for the first time last year and between lake activities at Quinta and the beach at VDL we were not short of things to do.

The villa once again was perfect - clean, spacious and very well equipped. It's 5 minutes from the beach and the Praca so its location is excellent too. I've no hesitation in recommending it and its owner who is responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

This villa is very spacious and in an excellent location for the beach and restaurants. The bathrooms and kitchen/living area are beautiful and very modern. There is a huge patio outside and a roof terrace. It was very well maintained and the booking process was excellent.
