A development of luxury apartments, Eagles Nest benefits from a quiet lofty position, less than 1km from Kalkan with stunning views of beautiful Kalkan bay and the Mediterranean beyond. The large private west facing sun terrace accommodates loungers, a dining table and chairs, sofa, armchairs and jacuzzi. A canopy and free standing sun umbrella, provide shaded areas over the terrace. The shared pool and spacious pool side terrace also has loungers, tables and chairs for further relaxation or a dip in the pool. Both bedrooms have small private balconies, with bedroom 1 having en suite shower and toilet. Within the apartment, there is a dining and kitchen area equipped with fridge freezer, eye level cooker, gas hob, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area, which overlooks the terrace and Kisla “basin” has and L shaped sofa, TV, DVD and MP3 Audio facilities. Wifi is also available.

Having visited Kalkan and staying in Kisla 10 years ago, we knew immediately that we would like a piece of this heaven.....We are 2 busy working parents (in Interior Design and IT), with one daughter, and our apartment at Kisla is home from home for us all, and we have furnished it as we would our home here in the UK. We hope you like it...we have tried to think of everything!

With friends old and new by the pool if we wish, boat trips, a drive up the hills to local villages and ruins, or simply a quiet morning reading and sun bathing on our own terrace away from it all, it is what we so look forward to when we are working and going about our daily lives....Bliss

Why Katherine Cooper chose Kalkan

We were introduced to Kalkan by some dear friends who also own a property in Kisla.

The pace of life, the weather, and all the wonderful restaurants first caught our attention, but then we discovered that there is so much to do close by, and the area is packed with Ancient Ruins, wonderful beaches and beautiful villages, to name but a few.

Our apartment at Kisla is a 3 minute drive from Kalkan town, and has uninterrupted views over the bay.

Kalkan is best served with flights to Dalaman, and although we now tend to hire a car for our holidays here, costing from £25 per day, the transfer is 1hr 30mins by road, and there are plenty of transfer companies and taxis available at varying costs (usually £55 each way for private transfer)

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment has The Most Beautiful views of the bay. We are a short 5-10 walk to the sea down the lane from the apartment, and the Kalkan Beach Park, both of which have water taxis into the harbour every 30 mins.

Our apartment is newly furnished to the highest standards, with a luxurious large terrace (with jacuzzi, sun loungers, outside dining, sofa, and armchairs.

This year the path into Kalkan has meant that we can walk in to town in 20 mins (and get a taxi back if our shopping is too heavy) costing 15 TL / £3.50. However, there is a small supermarket 100yds from our apartment for any forgotten items!

We have been happy to spend a lot of time in making this home as good as our own, with modern appliances of the highest quality, sound system and luxurious bedding.

A canopy and free standing sun umbrella, provide shaded areas over the terrace. The large shared pool and spacious pool side terrace also has loungers, tables and chairs for further relaxation or a dip in the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Beds will be made up for your arrival and linen changed weekly, or more if you request, including large bath towels, hand towels, and poolside swim towels. All kitchen cloths and towels also provided.

Outstanding Apartment

We have been booking independent holidays for years now. The most reassuring thing when you first start is good communication with the owner. It puts your mind at rest straight away. We found Katherine, the owner of Eagles Nest fantastic. Always prompt with replies and excellent advise.

The apartment wants for nothing. Very modern, clean and very spacious. Then you walk outside ....wow. The balcony is huge with ample furniture and a view to die for. The sunsets are spectacular. Oh and it has a gas hob, which I was most excited with. We like to cook the odd meal while away and I hate electric hobs.

Kalkan it's self is a delight, so picturesque and atmospheric. Every meal we had was excellent and there is so much choice and all of a very high standard.

We found car hire was a help but not essential. If we return to kalkan and we probably will, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Katherine

Amazing Apartment!

I write very few reviews but felt compelled to do so after spending a week at apartment 23 eagles nest in Kalkan, Turkey..

It was just amazing! Both the apartment itself and the location, not to mention the breathtaking views.

The apartment is exactly as per the pictures, we didn't want for anything.

This is a must place to stay if you plan to visit Kalkan in Turkey, I can highly recommend it, I will return one day!

The Muhal Beach Club and Kalkan Beach Park are easily accessed from the apartment being 5 and10 minute walks down the lane (a water taxi runs into Kalkan harbour every 15 minutes from all beach clubs). Further afield a 3 minute car ride round the bay is the ever popular Palm Beach club - all of the clubs offer loungers, food, sea trampolines and decks and water sports (jet skis and banana boats etc)

The world famous Patara Beach and ruins is a 15 minute car ride away.


Eagles Nest is a 1hour 40 minute transfer, by road, from Dalaman Airport. We can arrange airport transfers for you (usually £50-60 each way for a standard car) Alternatively you may wish to hire a car for all or part of your stay,which can also be arranged.


Eagles Nest is located in the quite village of Kisla, which is just under 1 km from the beautiful harbour town of Kalkan, offering day boat and fishing trips around the local coast line, as well as diving excursions. Local beach clubs are within walking distance and the renowned Patara Beach and Amphitheatre are a 20 minute drive. Kaputash beach near Kas is 15 minutes away by car. There are numerous archaeological and geological sites of interest nearby.

Further Details:

Nearby Kalkan boasts over 200 hundred restaurants mainly set at the harbour side or roof terraces above the narrow streets. All tastes are catered for, from traditional Turkish food to contemporary and fusion cuisine. Kalkan also offers plenty of shopping opportunities for local produce, art and clothes etc. There are plenty of supermarkets, green grocers and butchers. A weekly market (Thursdays), provides a unique opportunity to buy fresh local produce and souvenirs.

Boat trips from Kalkan or nearby Kas, offer day or half day trips around the local coastline and nearby attractions.

We ask for a £200 damages deposit which will be returned to you once you return home and no damages recorded. A full refund available 12 weeks prior to your holiday should you need to cancel, with a sliding % to 50% 6 weeks and 100% 4 weeks or less.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible on changeover days, and will always try to accommodate your requests and help work out flights and transfers with you to maximise your stay.

Notes on prices:
All prices in GBP. Any 3 night stays will be offered only if available outside school holidays, and will be calculated per night, plus change-over and cleaning costs.
