Notes on accommodation: This luxury ground floor apartment (all on the one level) comes with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and terrace with views to the swimming pool and communal gardens. Outside: There is a large shared swimming pool within the complex and sun loungers are provided. The terrace is furnished to accommodate 6 people. BBQ also on terrace. Utility Room: You will find the washing machine in the utility area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and towels included. Beach towels not included.

Una considered all our requirements then checked against availability, it ticked all our boxes and more, lovely sunny aspect, good size pool area , veranda, well appointed throughout, very comfortable and immaculately clean and secure. All the family loved it and thank you

to Una for "back-up" professional and informative with a real desire to

make sure everything is right for your stay. Hope sincerely to return to this fab apartment. Train station, shops, town, fantastic beaches, great choice of restaurants. Walking to Tavira along the salt pans being one of the must do, edge of nature reserve... beautiful area. Strongly recommend. We stayed one month and never ran out of things to do and enjoy.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the reservation with balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
You will be met by an English speaking representative on arrival who will be on hand for the duration of your holiday to answer any queries that may arise.
Refundable breakages deposit of £200/€200 required on arrival, to be refunded on departure day (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
