Apartment in Duquesa Village, Costa del Sol, Spain - Ideal For Your Family Holiday And Only 5 Mins Drive To Duquesa Beach

This modern spacious apartment is within a prestigious gated complex with 24 hour security, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can sleep up to 6 with the use of a sofa bed or additional camp bed. The terrace overlooking the golf course can be accessed from both the living area and main bedroom. The apartment is well equipped with two flat screen televisions, (One Spanish channels) Blu-ray and DVD player and iPod docking station. There are marble floors, comfortable furnishings, air-conditioning and outdoor space with beautiful views. The use of 5 swimming pools (including a children's pool), landscaped gardens and secure underground parking. Duquesa is a picturesque and charming village boasting a beautiful port, beach and a large selection of restaurants and entertainment. Additionally it is ideal for golfers, overlooking a fantastic course,with plenty of other golf courses available locally. You really do have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

June 2014-Mr & Mrs M from Somerset-Had a fantastic 2 week stay. Apt offers everything you need, home from home. It was great just to be able to walk across to pool area. Had some lovely meals at Duquesa Port. Hard to choose which one was best. Looking forward to returning next year!

Beautiful apartment & location, ideal for families

We had a fantastic family holiday in this modern yet homely apartment with a large balcony and access to a couple of pools just 20 seconds walk away. Duquesa Port has a great vibe and some lovely restaurants.... we can't wait to return again next year!

Having the pools so close is ideal, especially for families. Yes, lots of lovely restaurants at Duquesa Port and having the beach either side is great! Coast/Beach:

The beach and marina are only a short 5 minute drive from the apartment (about 1 mile away) and can be reached on foot, however a car is recommended. Around the Marina and beach there is parking and sun beds and parasols can be rented for the standard rate. There are also many beach bars dotted along the long stretches of coastline. Water sports and pedalos are also available.

Travel:

Malaga Airport is 1 hour driving distance. Gibraltar is 40 minutes away. Both Malaga and Gibraltar are serviced by many Airlines. The road access from Malaga is excellent and is motorway most of the way, a small charge is payable as this is a toll road. Car hire is recommended, but taxi's are also available from both airports.

Distances:

The marina and beach are only 4/5 minutes drive away and parking is available in and around the marina. Estapona is a 10/15 minute drive away. Puerto Banus is a 25 minute drive away. Marbella 30 minutes drive. There are some lovely inland villages - Casares being only 25 minutes drive away and Benhavis with its many wonderful restaurants 30 minutes drive.

Also close by is the millionaires boating playground of Sotogrande, Or head into Puerto Banus with its super yachts and super cars.

Refundable Damage Deposit £200

Booking Notes:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings can be held for 3 days while you arrange flights etc. A security deposit of £/€200 is required six weeks before departure. and will be returned to you once the apartment has been checked on or after the day of departure depending on the time. No groups of the same gender under the age of 25. If non paying guests are found in the apartment they will be required to pay.
An additional fee of £50.00 will be charged if the sofa bed or put you up bed needs to be used. This is to cover the extra linen.

Changeover Day:
Guests must depart by 10am on the day of departure, unless agreed before hand.

  • Notes on accommodation: The complex is child friendly and has a lovely children's pool. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Sorry no pets. If the keys are lost they are chargeable at 100E plus call out fee of 100E to gain entry. Outside: Toilets are available by the pools. Our terrace provides you with table and chairs for dining outside. Utility Room: The utility room is situated just off the kitchen and has a washing machine and clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided, Please provide your own beach towels. If a change of linen is needed this will be chargeable. Other: The apartment has air-conditioning, with hot and cold facility. There is a large entrance hall with storage cupboard and a safe.
