This detached villa is situated close to the Nerja Club Hotel and Burriana Beach. The house is located in a very quiet residential area next to Marina Turquesa. Despite its quiet residential street location it is located within walking distance of a large popular supermarket. The villa is in a privileged location whereby you can enjoy both sea views and stunning mountain views. It is not overlooked as it backs on to a green belt area thus giving much desired privacy. Burriana is reached either on foot or by a short car drive. Burriana Beach, which is almost a resort in itself, is a ‘Blue Flag’ beach with many water sports and activities available. In addition, it has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. Burriana Beach is a 2 minute drive or no more than a 10/15 minute walk from the villa. Nerja town centre/Balcon de Europa is a 5 minute drive. Nerja is a lively town with many authentic Spanish restaurants, Tapas bars in addition to restaurants which serve a variety of different types of food, i.e. Italian and Indian. There are flamenco shows and the yearly Feria is held in September in the town centre. There are also many shops where souvenirs can be purchased as well as clothing and shoe shops, banks, pharmacy, etc...

What makes this house unique

This property NOW has a fenced in pool (providing peace of mind for any parent and meeting new strict European Union laws concerning pool safety). As well we have recently had a custom made barbecue built on the patio. It will no doubt provide many guests with the pleasure of creating culinary masterpieces whilst their family relax by the pool. There is also a new Nespresso machine and we provide complimentary coffee pods, milk, sugar and water upon arrival. We also value our customers very much and in appreciation we always provide our clients with a bottle of bubbly (a nice way to start off a holiday). As we have a young son and enjoy our own personal time in our villa during our holidays, we have equipped the villa with all baby needs (2 travel cots(1 has a proper mattress and bedding), a high chair, baby bath, seat for the bath for older babies. Any one staying in the villa will also be in the most beneficial position of having an extremely popular Spanish chain of supermarkets, Mercadona, literally at it's doorstep (it is less than a 2 minute walk and its prices are very reasonable). We are also aware of luggage restrictions therefore we provide 6 beach towels with our linen. This is a strictly nonsmoking property. As well pets are not permitted.
