3431/AL. Casa Bela has an enviable poolside location, perfect for couples or families who wish to spend their days relaxing by the poolside. At the entrance level of the villa is the first bedroom which has twin beds. The remaining bedrooms are located on the ground level and consist of a master double bedroom and a twin bedroom There are two bathrooms, one with a WC, sink and a bath with a shower over and the other with a WC, sink and shower cubicle.
Upper level to an inviting open plan lounge with sofas, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV main UK TV channels, ipod docking station, DVD player, and a feature fireplace. Patio doors open onto a small balcony with a table and four chairs. Poolview.
On the third level is the modern kitchen which is fully equipped and has integrated appliances - a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and a washing machine. Further steps lead to a quaint and private roof terrace with stunning golf course views. Barbecue and table with two chairs.
Both Villas are situated next door to each other and are furnished to a high standard. They have open plan lounges with dining facilities and private terrace areas. The properties have flat screen TV's with main UK TV channels, a DVD player, an ipod docking station, and free WIFI. The kitchens have fully integrated modern appliances and are well equipped.
There is a shared heated swimming pool, with a separate paddling pool set within a beautifully maintained courtyard. This area is unique in that it is the only cluster of townhouses within Quinta da Encosta Velha that has its own dedicated communal pool. The area is gated to ensure it maintains its exclusivity, provides privacy for guests and offers a safe area for children to play.
Children are particularly welcome at Parque da Floresta and they have a range of professional activity programmes ranging from 4 to 16 years of age. The nearest beach is Salema, a mere 5 minutes drive and the nearest supermarket is just a short stroll away offering a variety of national and International produce.
