Both Villas are situated next door to each other and are furnished to a high standard. They have open plan lounges with dining facilities and private terrace areas. The properties have flat screen TV's with main UK TV channels, a DVD player, an ipod docking station, and free WIFI. The kitchens have fully integrated modern appliances and are well equipped.

There is a shared heated swimming pool, with a separate paddling pool set within a beautifully maintained courtyard. This area is unique in that it is the only cluster of townhouses within Quinta da Encosta Velha that has its own dedicated communal pool. The area is gated to ensure it maintains its exclusivity, provides privacy for guests and offers a safe area for children to play.

Children are particularly welcome at Parque da Floresta and they have a range of professional activity programmes ranging from 4 to 16 years of age. The nearest beach is Salema, a mere 5 minutes drive and the nearest supermarket is just a short stroll away offering a variety of national and International produce.

3366/AL. Casa Linda is a delightful end of terrace villa ideally located around the condominium swimming pool.

The bedrooms are situated on the lower level, which consist of a double master suite with built in mirrored wardrobes and a fixed digital safe, and a twin bedroom which has built in mirrored wardrobes. The bedrooms both have patio doors which open onto a private terrace with sofas and lead to the swimming pool via a lockable gate. Two separate bathrooms on the lower level, both with WC, sink and a bath with shower over.

On the upper level is the lounge area which is complete with sofas, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV with access to main UK TV channels, DVD player, ipod dock, fireplace, and wireless internet facilities. The kitchen is also located on this level and is well equipped with integrated modern appliances - oven with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine. Portable barbecue.

Highly recommended...great place to stay

Stayed for a week at end of June. Lovely location in beautiful surroundings. Really close to Salema which has great beach and plenty of places to eat.

Great service from Victoria...on arrival we needed cot...emailed Victoria at 5pm and within 30 mins one delivered.

Will definitely return next year.

Coast/Beach:

2kms, or a 5 minute drive to the secluded golden beach of Salema, also a pretty and unspoilt fishing village full of charm where you can find numerous traditional restaurants.

Fabulous surfing beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Travel:

Faro is the nearest airport, and approximately a 1 hour drive. The distance is 100kms.

Lisbon Airport is approximately 2 and a half hours drive and around 312kms.

Seville Airport is approximately 2 and a half hours drive and around 310km.

Distances:

With its maze of cobbled streets bustling with pavement restaurants, and busy cafe bars, Lagos is a vibrant centre full of life, and only 16kms away. This is also a town of culture and history that dates back to Roman times.

Right out to the west is the port of Sagres and spectacular headland of Cape St Vincent, the most south-westerly point in continental Europe, and just 15 minutes away.
