Villa in Rojales, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Only A Few Minutes Walk To All Facilities And Less Than 10 Minutes From The Beach

A lovely 3 bed / 2 bath semi-detached bungalow with large, private shared pool only seconds from the front door. It is fully furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans, and digital satellite TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and washing machine in utility room. The double bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. A safe is installed for valuables. The two twin bedded rooms also have fitted wardrobes. Both bathrooms have showers, the main one also has a bath. Large front patio with with garden furniture and parasol and a huge rooftop solarium with sun loungers, BBQ dining table and gazebo.

The villa now has wifi which is available to our guests free of charge.

About the Owner

We purchased our villa in 2004. We had tried most Southern European destinations for our our holidays but always found that we enjoyed Spain the most.

We chose the Rojales area as the facilities here are exceptional whilst being only 30 minutes from the airport. We can leave home in England at 6 a.m. and the children can be in the pool by lunch time.

Very good and very happy.

We stayed here for a week, visiting my husbands grandparents.

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was just perfect, very clean and tidy and just had everything we wanted and needed. My children said the beds were very comfy!!!

Having the pool right next door is an added bonus.

We will definitely be staying here again, when ever we go out visiting again.

Communication was also fantastic. We have just had a lovely week away next time will have to be 2 weeks, as 1 just went far to quickly!!!!



Lovely villa in quiet location

We stayed for a week in April this year. The villa is very nice and clean and was in a lovely quiet location - & only 10 mins walk from Benijofar. The communal swimming pool was just next door to the villa, so very convenient - no one else was using it!

The owner, Jon was always quick to respond to any queries and I would not hesitate to recommend this villa. We like the area very much - having stayed in nearby Lo Crispin last year - Benijofar is far better with local bars and some good restaurants and not too touristy or commercial.

Property was nice and clean and fab being right next door to pool

We had a fab stay at this apartment it was clean and although we thought we were nowhere near a pub or supermarket, we had a great surprise as we couldn't find them at first because we went down the wrong street however, it turned out to be fab. You have a consume and lidle and brilliant shops and bars. We will be returning again loved it

Location

We had holidayed on the Costa Blanca several times and around the Rojales area twice and always found it very relaxing. When we made the decision to buy a property, we had to investigate various areas in a little more detail. We saw a few properties around the Rojales/Benijofar area and concluded this was the area we liked the most. We didn't want to be right on the coast as it gets too busy. However, the excellent beaches at La Marina and Guardamar are only 5 minutes away by car. The town of Benijofar retains its Spanish charm whilst also providing all the facilities and amenities you could possibly need whether you live in the town or are just here on holiday.

Nearest Airport : Alicante at 40 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Several at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Golf : La Marquesa at 3 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Several at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Guardamar at 9 Kilometres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The blue flag beaches at Guardamar and La Marina are less than 10 minutes away by car.

Travel:

Both Murcia and Alicante airports are with 40 minutes.

Although not essential, a car is recommended.

Distances:

The nearest village is a 5 minute stroll away. The new Benijofar park (with its own lake) is less than a 5 minute walk.

Further Details:

There is a large selection of restaurants and bars less than a 10 minute walk from the villa.

From the Owner

The bars and restaurants of Benimar are only a 5 minute stroll away. The centres of Benijofar and Rojales are only a couple of minutes further. The private communal pool is right next door to our property and even in the height of summer, it is rarely busy. The property is air conditioned, has satellite TV, with all the main English channels. In 2014 we installed wifi so all the family can keep up with email, facebook, twitter and so on. All of these facilities are included in the price.

  • Notes on accommodation: Hot and cold air-conditioning in + ceiling fans in most of the rooms. Wifi access is available throughout the property and also reaches the rooftop solarium. The property is suitable for families young and not so young. If you need cots or other things for very young children, they can be provided at a small extra cost. There is a driveway to the side of the property so you can enjoy the benefit of secure off road parking. Outside: There is a large (15m x 8m) private shared pool next door to the property. The villa has a driveway providing off-road parking. There is a shed in the garden where you will find beach chairs and lilos. The patio in front of the villa has a table and chairs. Utility Room: Outside utility room with washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is thoroughly cleaned between rentals. All linen and towels (but not beach towels) are included. Fresh linen and extra cleaning are available, the latter being a chargeable extra. Other: A rooftop solarium runs the full length of the villa. There you will find sun loungers, BBQ, gazebo and dining table and chairs.
