This beautiful house is located in the best area Marbella has to offer. Only 2 mins to Marbella/Puerto Banus and a short walk to the beaches and Paseo Maritimo of the famous Golden Mile. Here you find excellent beaches, restaurants and numerous 5 star hotels and Spa's, you could not wish for a better location. Situated within a small private gated community of only 24 houses, within a Spanish pueblo style development, La Solana has grown into a most desirable place to be with its water cascades and fountains, tropical gardens and secluded pool. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, lounge, Open plan luxury kitchen, Spanish patio, terrace and roof terrace.

About Ruth McCabe

Originally from the UK my wife Ruth and I moved to Marbella over 14 years ago, we now have a family Lola 10 and Felix 7 who both go to local schools. Recently we moved to a new house leaving our family home free for holiday letting.

Why Ruth McCabe chose West Costa del Sol

We bought this house on Marbella´s Golden Mile to allow not only easy access to the airport (30mins) but also to allow us to walk to the beach and local bars and returants of the Golden Mile, these include Victors Beach, Hotel Puente Romano and The Marbella Club.

What makes this house unique

Within the house you have 4 bedrooms all of a good size with thier own bathroom, a new kitchen, Sky TV, Free WiFi and Plasma TV. In the development you have an excellent pool area with tropical planting and water features. We also can cater for young children with toys and equipment.

after putting in a query the owner Ian,swiftly replied and we quickly had smoothly had everything booked. Really nice guy and easy to deal with. We coudnt have asked for more. Now onto the house, Its awesome. It is in a great location about 100 metres up a slight hill from the puente romano hotel which is about halfway between marbella town centre and puerto banus. It took about 30 mins walk either direction along the beach walk in either direction. The gated community is very secure and secluded and very quiet as well. Everything that the doctor ordered. The house is over 4 levels with a large room on ground floor(with a washing machine down there.Came in very handy with a baby in our group. ) On main floor you have a large living area which easily accomodated the 8 of us and a galley kitchen with all appliances. On the next floor you have the large master bedroom and a smaller but still a double room both ensuite.On the topfloor you have another large room with its own balcony. Off the main living area you have a lovely patio balcony with huge dining table and bbq with a seperate seating area for sunworshippers. The pool is a shared pool about 50 yards away butwhen we were there we barely saw anyone else around so it nearly felt private. I could recommened this house to anyone and Ian is a pleasure to deal with,

Beautiful Townhouse

We were a party of 8 ladies staying in this fantastic 4 bedroom townhouse. This property was well maintained, clean and exceptionally well equipped. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, just past the beautiful Puente Romano resort. The bars and restaurants there are fantastic! As the property is in a residential area it is very quiet which meant we had the pool to ourselves most days.We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate in recommending this property to others.

The most comprehensively equipped holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Beautiful terraces and views in a peaceful area yet just a few minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus.
