My wife and I are British and have two children. We are a family who like to spend days by the pool or beach and in the evenings take a walk into town or visit one of the popular resorts of Protaras or Agia Napa.

Excellent just as described.

The description for this flat is very good. I feel you do need a car as it is not really near a beach. We had one and it really was no problem. Great customer service I would recommend this property for sure. The best restaurant around in my personal opinion was del gusto in Penera. Something good value and good food was Kanas Kitchen.

Great guy to deal with great instructions everything you could possibly need and then some. Fabulous would go back.

Excellent Value Accommodation

Efficient booking arrangements with excellent communication from owner, maps, location details and arrival key arrangements first class.

Upon our arrival we found a well equipped comfortable apartment containing all the facilities advertised.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained with lift access to the first floor where apartment 101 is located.

Situated in a great location for touring the east of the island the apartment is located in a very quiet side street in Paralimni with garage accommodation on the ground floor.

Paralimni is an interesting little town with plenty of shops of all varieties and a few pretty churches which are well worth a visit.

There are a wide choice of restaurants and pubs very near the apartment and also a choice of supermarkets within a few minutes driving distance.

We had a great time over our Xmas visit, during our stay we were blessed with terrific weather for the two weeks we spent there and totally enjoyed our break.

My wife and I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to any one considering taking a holiday in this area of Cyprus.

After visiting Cyprus on a regular basis over the last few years we decided it was time to buy our own place where we could stay when we visited Cyprus. The eastern side of Cyprus is still un-touched in places and the beaches are of the finest on the Island.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Larnaca international airport at 60 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Fig tree bay at 5 Kilometres

Special interest holidays:

The area is ideal for horse riding, scuba diving, water sports, shopping, restaurants, night life, cycling, walking and viewing the historical area of Famagusta.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is a secluded cove known locally as Fireman's bay, just a 5 minute drive from the apartment. Within a ten minute drive there are numerous well known beaches such as Fig Tree Bay in Protaras and Nissi Beach in Agia Napa as well as many others both lively and peaceful depending on your preference.

Travel:

Paralimni is just 45 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport and about 2 hours from Paphos Airport. Larnaca airports new terminal is situated next to the main A3 motorway linking Larnaca to the eastern side of the island. Full detailed directions and a map can be supplied when booking. Flights to Cyprus are available throughout the year at very competitive rates.

Private transfer to and from the airport can be booked on request.

Distances:

The family resort of Protaras and the lively resort of Agia Napa is a 10 minute drive away.
