All rooms are air-conditioned including the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The villa also has a large underground basement with electric shutter opening which can park up to 3 cars. The garden is walled, secluded and very spacious and has a lawn for children to run around in, olive and fruit trees. Internet access. Ideal getaway for families, couples or even golfers. Excellent yet peaceful location within walking distance to the charming village of Ozankoy. This is a family owned villa. We were born in Cyprus but grew up in London. We bought the villa so our children could go back and visit their relatives and enjoy great weather.

The villa was located in a perfect spot for us, a short drive to the local beaches and a short drive to the beautiful town of Kyrenia. We loved the short walking distance to the local restaurants in the village.

We love the view from the terraces, in the north you have the Mediterranean and on a clear day can see the coast line of Turkey. To the south you can see the Besparmak mountains.

The walled garden is very spacious and has a lawn for children to run around. Olive and fruit trees and outside shower. Utility Room: Utility room located in the basement has a washing machine and shelving for storage. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Weekly maid service included. Clean linen & towels for internal use are provided. Beach/Poolside towels can be provided at an extra cost. Other: Huge basement with enough room to park 3 cars. Can also double up as a Games room (darts and table tennis) & storage space for items such as swimming pool floats, chairs & other equipment. Outside terrace has additional, large table for al fresco dining.

What a fantastic villa. Spectacular views and friendly people. Couldn't of asked for a better villa it had everything we needed and was very homely, clean and spacious. We all has an amazing holiday and didn't want to leave. The pool was great and we had a lot of fun . Well recommended and will definitely return . Thanks for such a great holiday.

The Perfect Villa Holiday

Villa Blue Sky is the perfect holiday villa; we have stayed in a good many over the years and this was by far the best for style and position. The website details were accurate and the property was clean, well equipped and well-maintined. Indeed, the husband and wife team at the property management company (Best Dreams) made the holiday more special. They were particularly good at choosing the right airport transfer people and for being on hand before and during the holiday.. A pool is an essential on a holiday in North Cyprus and this one is excellent. We dined out every day and used the poolside dining table for cold lunches - perfect. We've been to North Cyprus before and looked for restuarants we favoured last time. Erols, the Tree of Idleness and Chimera were as good as ever but, although the sign is still there, the Abbey Bell Tower has gone and so has Patina. The best local restaurant was the Abbey Gardens.

I would certainly recommend this Villa to anyone and commend its owner for his excellent value for money property and management company.

Due to the colossal increase of electricity charges on the island we request clients are respectful of usage and switch off all A/C units & electrical items/lighting when not required. Meter readings will be taken before and after, a generous daily allowance of approx 50 units a day is allocated. More information can be provided if required.

Notes on prices:
Please note prices quoted are indicative and final prices are agreed prior to booking and will depend on total numbers and time of year.
For example the June, July, August period is for 10 sleeping for 7 nights. Extra two beds are available and prices can be requested.
During the Winter season generally Nov to March price quoted (£500 per week) is for a typical family sleeping 4. For bookings during this period please contact us for more details.
