Rower Fort is a unique property for family holidays, reunions, weddings, special occasions and celebrations. Sleeping up to 16 it stands out as a holiday 'cottage' with a real difference. Dating back to 1827, the farmhouse was formally within the estate of Sir Francis Drake. Rower Fort has been developed and offers a truly unique venue. The combination of the traditional farmhouse and part castellated folly tower, complete with battlements, is eclectic in style, original and imaginative. On top of the folly tower you will find the most remarkably sited hot tob you'll ever come across, from which you can enjoy the panoramic views by day and shooting stars by night. With ample living accommodation and a large kitchen table to seat 16, family and friends can sit, relax, chat and socialise.

A 30% non refundable deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due 14 weeks before the start of the holiday together with a £500 refundable cautionary damage deposit.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually Fridays, unless special arrangements for Christmas and New Year.
