This is a luxurious, two bedroom, air conditioned apartment. It's located on the first floor of an attractive Moorish style hacienda and accessed by lift direct from the underground car park. Marble floors grace all the living areas and the kitchen includes Siemens dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The development is located right opposite San Pedro's fantastic beach and promenade full of cafes, restaurant and bars. Only a short walk away is the traditional town of San Pedro itself with its great central square whilst in the other direction is Puerto Banus marina with its amazing yachts, shopping and world famous night life. This is a no smoking apartment and we would ask you to respect this fact.

Activity and Interests
This is a beachfront development and the lovely San Pedro promenade and beach is right outside the door. The promenade runs for almost a mile with many attractive cafes and bars interspaced with magnificent plam trees and children's play areas. You can walk from the apartment to Puerto Banus.
Malaga airport is a 40 minute drive away and you can either rent a car or get one of the many taxis that abound. The apartment itself also has parking in the underground car park with a lift to take you directly to the apartment. There is also good public transport
The beach and promenade is right opposite the development. The quaint town of San Pedro with its large central square, cafes and shops is a short walk away. Puerto Banus with its world famous marina and designer stores is a twenty minute walk or a five minute taxi drive and there are plenty of taxis.
- Booking Notes:
Fifty percent payment is taken by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking which guarantees the let. All remaining monies are taken with twenty eight days to go including a £150 refundable deposit held to cover and damage. Normal lets are Saturday to Saturday. The apartment is deep cleaned before the start of each let and tenants are met at the apartment at the start and end of their stay.

Winner of the 'Best Garden in the Costa del Sol' award, the complex has an extremely attractive pool with free sunloungers and a high season pool attendant. When returning from the San Pedro beach promenade located right opposite in the evening or from a evening in Puerto Banus, a walk through the beautiful quiet grounds will always be the perfect end to a night out. As well as this, an early evening drink, or breakfast on the fully furnished balcony is just as delightful. Utility Room: The Utility area includes Siemens washing machine and tumble dryer as well as vacuum cleaner, buckets, mops etc Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is deep cleaned and all linen and towels changed at the end of each let. It is possible to organise additional linen changes and cleaning during your stay at an additional cost. Other: The apartment boasts an attractive balcony overlooking the award winning gardens. It has outside seating for four plus an occasional table. Outside lighting makes it available to guests 24/7.
