Each fully equipped cottage provides very comfortable living on 2 floors. The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting areas lead to a private south facing fenced patio. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double and 1 single) with bathroom and 2 further bedrooms downstairs with adjacent shower room. The properties are set in maintained landscaped grounds with ample parking and the free use of 2 private tennis courts. Within walking distance is a small supermarket selling home cooked meals, bakery, coal and logs etc. Nearby is the St. Moritz hotel with use of its swimming pool and Cow Shed Spa (pay locally). As well as safe swimming and surfing on the local beaches, golf can be played at Roserrow and the championship course at St Enodoc (2 courses). Sailing, sea fishing and water skiing are available at Rock, also cycling on the Camel trail between Padstow, Wadebridge and Bodmin. Extensive walking around the coastal path with its superb scenery and views are within 5 minutes from the house.
The properties are owned by 2 brothers and their wives from North Yorkshire and Berkshire.
Both families have long association with this part of North Cornwall and hope future generations will carry on with the tradition.

The 2 properties have been in family ownership since they were built in 2000.
They have proved very successful mainly due to their turnkey flexibility and proximity to the myriad of activities this part of Cornwall has to offer.
We are no strangers to the area as our parents have owned property locally for many years which has meant we have all been brought up to appreciate the beautiful surroundings.
Now the 4th generation has begun to excavate Daymer beach!

£200 non-refundable deposit per cottage to guarantee booking. The balance is due 1 month before the holiday begins. In addition we require a Damage Deposit cheque for £200 at the time the balance is paid or before, which will remain uncashed unless it is required.

No more than 7 people should sleep in either cottage at any one time.
The changeover day is Friday. On the morning of departure the premises must be vacated by 10.00am to allow for the new Tenants who should arrive not before 4.00pm.
