The 2 apts with interconnecting doors can be let individually or together as one large unit for families or couples travelling together. The complex was newly constructed and completed in 2010. The apts have been furnished to high standards and benefits from good size balcony areas with pool views and far reaching views towards Famagusta. Sea views can be seen from the kitchen windows. The property is in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday but within easy walking distance of beaches, bars and restaurants within Kapparis. The more lively resorts of Protaras with the beautiful Fig Tree Bay and Ayia Napa with the stunning Nissi Beach are only a short drive away. For the more adventurous the water park, the largest on the island, is situated in Aiya Napa. There are also many excursions that can be arranged and paid for locally. Transfers and inexpensive car hire can also be arranged and paid for locally. There is also an agent on hand within the resort to deal with your enquiries.

The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes supplying plenty of storage, bedside tables and a dressing table. Air-conditioning unit.The bathroom comprises of a full sized bath with shower, WC and sink with mirror.The open plan kitchen comprises of wall and floor units, s/steel sink, oven & hob, f/freezer. It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and various pots, pans, crockery, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes airer etc.The open plan living area has a 3-seater sofa bed, coffee table, TV unit with TV and DVD player. Dining table with 4 chairs. Air conditioning Unit. Patio doors leading to a good size balcony with patio table and chairs with footstool and parasol.Other storage area, with fitted cupboards and clothes hanging rail.The apartment is cleaned before arrival and then once a week (only applicable if the booking is 10 days or more). Towels and bedlinen supplied and are changed weekly.

The Cypriot laid back approach to life on this beautiful island makes for a relaxing, memorable and not to expensive destination. Modern c!ean apartment with lovely private pool

Good location, walking distance to shops restaurants and beaches in Kapparis. Modern clean, well equipped apartment, spacious rooms and balcony. Lift to front door, own parking space and nearby bus stops. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The pool was private and cleaned regularly, well maintained, plenty of sun beds and parasols all in good condition, with friendly people living in the complex.

Had a lovely holiday and would recommend to others.

Due to the heat Ants are a problem, but insect powder sorted them. A welcome pack ( milk water) would have been welcome as we arrived early hours. We grew to love the cockerel.

Everything you need :)

This great apartment has it all. Lovely furnishings, nice communal pool and gym, location is ideal. Easy enough walk to beaches and lovely restaurants in Kapparis as well as huge supermarket towards Paralimini.

However I would suggest that having a car would be preferable. Car hire is cheap in Cyprus and the undercover parking was a bonus in the hot weather.

Friendly communication with the owner and his management team.

We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would certainly consider returning should the opportunity arise.

Great apartment block and family friendly

Lovely apartment and complex

Lovely clean apartment. The complex and communal pool was clean and quiet for relaxing but close enough to all the bars and restaurants to either walk or drive. Owners for helpful and friendly.

I viewed in various locations around Cyprus including Pafos, Larnaca, Ayia Napa but decided on Kapparis for many reasons. This side of the island has some fabulous beaches, the lack of beaches around the Pafos area did put me off purchasing in that region. Ayia Napa and Protaras has lovely beaches but i prefered a quieter location and Kapparis provided that as well as a choice of beaches with warm, still waters. Ideally situated between Protaras & Paralimni, it has bars and restaurants open all year round. This is why so many ex-pats have chosen to set up home in this popular location.

Activity and Interests


Kapparis enjoys many coves and beaches, the most popular probably Firemans cove and the nearest being approx. 10 minutes walk. Protaras is approx 3 kilometres away, with its popular golden sandy beach at Fig Tree Bay and in Aiya Napa, approximately 8 kilometres away, you can enjoy the whites sands of Nissi Beach.


The apt is approx. 45 minutes drive (65 kilometres) from the nearest airport at Larnaca. Transfers or car hire can be arranged.


Approximate distances: Larnaca, 65 kilometres, Ayia Napa, 8 kilometres, Protaras, 3 kilometres, Paralimni, 2 kilometres.

Further Details:

The main road through Kapparis is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, which has numerous bars, restaurants, mini markets, car and bike hire shops, a bank and a 24hr bakery. Sorry there are no pets allowed and no smoking please in the apartment.
