Seaview, 43, Lower Stables, Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms)

Seaview, has accommodation for up to 6 persons, with sea views from 3 rooms, as well as the balcony, patio and lawn. The landscaping, the gardens, the leisure facilities and play areas are all beautifully maintained and presented to the highest standard. Falmouth is home to the National Maritime Museum. Houses and gardens to visit include Glendurgan, Trebor, Trelissick and the Seal Sanctuary at Gweek is a favourite with all age groups. The Eden project is only 30 miles away, and Flambards is under 1/2 hour. However, in fact the beach and facilities at Maenporth are such that many people go no further. The National Trust owns more than 110 miles of the spectacular Cornish coastline, including that at Maenporth and much of the Helford River's shore. Walkers can head to Falmouth in one direction or the Helford River in the other. Falmouth's safe harbour and the creeks and inlets of the River Fal provide a year round haven for yachts, dinghies and windsurfers.

These light and airy properties are approached by their own private gated road, Ideally situated within a few minutes walk of the beach and all close to the leisure facilities. There are 27 acres of woodland, large indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, sauna, table tennis and pool. Also all weather tennis courts and play area. Maenporth is ideally situated for visiting all over Cornwall, it is 3 miles from Falmouth and the Maritime Museum and 22 miles from the Eden Project, The coastal footpath is at the end of the drive, with the Helford River and The Lizard nearby. The idyllic Cornwall South coast has a gentle and romantic atmosphere, its lush green meandering coastline with stunning beaches, 'Gulf Stream' waters and sub-tropical gardens. With its countless sheltered coves the Fal and Helford area are a superb location for fishing, boating and sailing enthusiasts.

Outside: Guests at Maenporth have full use of the facilities that include a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and pool table. There are also 2 all weather tennis courts, putting green and Large barbecue area. The Maenporth Estate is a unique development of individually owned properties in 27 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland. The estate overlooks Maenporth Beach, a pretty, secluded cove with a sandy beach, flanked by green hills and the coastal path. Beside the beach is a superb restaurant, with a Mediterranean style terrace, offering excellent evening meals as well as lunch and snacks during the day.
