We are recently retired general dental practitioners who have purchased this property with the aim of providing a very comfortable well equipped holiday let in what must be the most beautiful costal area in the U.K. The property has sea views and is within walking distance of the beach and harbour yet is situated in a quiet cul de sac offering peace and tranquillity.

Great bungalow & well equipped!

The bungalow is very deceptive from the front, it is larger than we expected! There were 6 of us in total 4 adults & 2 children, plenty of space for all of us & our belongings. Also there is a ramp at the side of the bungalow for anyone that has mobility issues & cannot manage the steps, which we used every day.

There were plenty of lovely fresh towels, and beds immaculately made up on our arrival which were much appreciated after a rather long journey! The whole bungalow is clean & tastefully decorated, & we loved the little seaside touches all around the place. We also managed to have a couple of BBQ's on the very spacious decking area.

Would also like to thank the owners for providing fabulous advice on attractions locally to visit, & even tips on our route to get to the bungalow the night before we travelled.

We would definitely recommend this accommodation, & we are looking at booking again for some time next year!

A great base for Pembrokshire.

We had a great time exploring Pembrokeshire with your lovely bungalow as our base. It was ideal for us, very comfortable with everything we could wish for. Loved all the art work and seaside knick-knacks. The parking permit was most welcome, particularly when we walked along the coast to Wiseman's Bridge and beyond. We visited many castles, walked parts of the coastline and beaches, enjoyed a variety of gardens and explored places we have not seen for a long time. Particularly enjoyed Caldey Island and can recommend The Stackpole Inn - lovely Sunday lunch - and Carew Inn just opposite the castle. The farm shop was excellent. We even had a little time to sit out in the sun traps around the bungalow.

Beautiful bungalow in Special Saundersfoot!

We had a truly lovely stay here at the end of July (despite the awful weather!).

The bungalow is perfectly situated with a beautiful view of Saundersfoot. A lovely quiet cul de sac, a perfect location for exploring the local area.

It is furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped for 6 people. Lots of lovely clean bed linen and towels are provided which was great.

Comfy beds, lounge and breakfast room were perfect for our stay. The wifi was excellent and Sky tv was provided too.

The garden and summer house were lovely and very picturesque, just a shame the weather prevented us from utilising them!

We have been to Saundersfoot for a few holidays now and really love the beach, harbour and little town. A fantastic touch was the provision of the 'Parking Permit'.

Thank you for providing us with a perfect holiday base, I'm sure we will be back 😀

Lovely Bungalow!

We had a lovely week at the bungalow, it was just as described and immaculate throughout (with a lovely sea view) The bungalow was spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect and everywhere was easily accessible.

It was great to meet David and Elizabeth and we would definitely recommend staying at the property, we hope to return there very soon!

A fantastic week

We had a delightful week's stay with grandparents and our seven and four year old boys this July at David and Elizabeth's lovely home.

The property enjoys a fantastic position with panoramic views of the coast and gives very easy access to Saundersfoot village. The garden was safe for the kids to play and perfect for relaxing evening drinks and eating alfresco. The bungalow was immaculate throughout, had everything we needed and catered comfortably for the six of us (the bunk beds were a massive hit!).

With the perfect base, great scenery, fantastic beaches and brilliant places to eat locally we will definitely be booking again.

our new second home

stayed at this fantastic property for our family summer holiday this year had a fantastic week saundersfoot is truly a lovely town and the bungalow is perfectly situated close to the harbour with a stunning sea view , the bungalow is very well equipped for all your needs and furnished to a very high standard we really didnt want to come home at the end of the week and there was some very sad faces from the children as we drove away. We would recomend this property and location to any family looking for a truly relaxing and memorable holiday , we will definatley be booking again for next year

We have always enjoyed family holidays in this beautiful part of the world and chose this property because it enjoys sea and costal views to the front and is approx half a mile from the centre of Saundersfoot which has a pretty harbour and beautiful sandy beach. There is a spa hotel, a variety of shops, top class restaurants and pubs within walking distance. It is also central to visting the many attractions in the area.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Half a mile from Saundersfoot beach. Bungalow situated at the top of the hill. 15 minutes downhill walk to beach three minute drive to harbour car park.

three miles to Tenby.

Travel:

Easy road & rail access. One and a half hour drive from Cardiff international airport.

Distances:

Half a mile to village of Saundersfoot with many family owned shops, beautiful harbour & safe sandy beach.

Tenby is three miles with beautiful beaches, harbour & shops. Pembrokeshire coastal path is 186 miles long is easily accessible which provides walks for all abilities.

Further Details:

Sailing, kayaking, sea fishing, cycling, surfing, & windsailing are all available locally & equipment can be hired.

Natural attractions include Bocherton lily ponds, Grassholm & Rramsey islands. Barafundle bay.

Historic attractions include Carew castle, Pembroke castle. Tudor merchants house in Tenby & st. Davids uk's smallest city.

Childrens attractions include manor house wild life zoo & folly farm zoo, Heatherton world of activities & th the famous Oakwood adventure park

within five minutes walk is st. Brides hotel and spa which boasts wonderful facilities & which is open to non residents.
