About Keith Poole

We live on the south coast of England with our two young daughters and love a family holiday in Cyprus whenever we can. The local beaches here are great, but the weather in Cyprus is always so much better.

We have been to holiday a number of times in Cyprus and always found the people to be very friendly, so we decided to buy an apartment there as a home from home. The weather is almost guaranteed to be fantastic with over 320 days of sunshine every year!

What makes this apartment unique

It's in an ideal location being in a quiet cul-de-sac but literally only a 2 minute walk to the nearest pub and restaurant. We actually viewed dozens of other properties before finding this one as location was absolutely paramount. This apartment gives you the best of both worlds in that it is very close to all the facilities Kato Paphos has to offer, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.

Just to say thank you for our stay in July in your apartment in Paphos, we had a fantastic time, and also thank you for the quick response with regards to the faulty kettle. I could not find the guests comment book in the apartment, so was unable to fill it in. I have recommended your apartment, and the service from you to friends and family, as the apartment and location was ideal, so hopefully you should get more bookings in the future, if we were to come back to Paphos and you would have us, I would definitely book with you again.

Perfect place to stay.

We have stayed in this holiday hire now for the last 3 years. It is perfectly situated for everything we need to do and the places we need to visit in the daytime and in the evening. The property is clean and well maintained and comfy. So much so that we have booked for 2018 and look forward to our return. Perfect.

CYPRUS 2018

APARTMENT WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS WE WOULD HAVE EXPECTED. WE HAD TO WASH CUPS/SPOONS WITH TEA STAINS, PLATES PANS & COOKER COVERED IN GREASE. OUTSIDE THE PATIO TABLE WAS COVERED IN DUST & RINGS OF SPILT BEVERAGE FROM USED CUPS OR GLASSES. THE UNDERSIDE OF CHAIRS COVERED IN SPIDERS WEBS WITH NESTS OF BABY SPIDERS. A WASTE PIPE WHICH OCCASIONALLY SPILT OUT WASTE WATER ONTO PATIO (NOT SURE WHERE OR WHAT WASTE WAS FROM.) THE HEDGE ON ONE SIDE OF PATIO WAS ONLY ONE METRE FROM BUILDING SO NOT ABLE TO USE THIS AREA FOR FEAR OF BEING BITTEN BY MIDGES ON BUSHES (WIFE HAS CANCER SO NEEDS TO BE EXTRA CAREFUL) . WE WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT THIS BEING EARLY SEASON MOST OF THESE ISSUES SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. HAVING SAID ALL OF THIS WE HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY AND CANNOT THANK KEITH ENOUGH FOR HIS PROMPT AND POSITIVE RESPONSES TO ALL OF MY REQUESTS.

This was our 3rd visit and won’t be our last very well equipped and great sunny aspect. good space.

We had again had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The property is spacious and well equipped everything you need is provided. We come here Feb/March so we can walk the island and we do. It has not been as hot as the previous 2 years but that is good for walking, the public transport is very good here in Paphos and the monthly pass still just 40euros which is excellent value. We will be returning again next year.

Enjoyable stay at 4 Amorgos Gardens, off Ikarou Street, Kato Paphos

The apartment is very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped with utensils and items needed whilst on holiday, including washing machine, oven and hobs, fridge freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

There was a plentiful supply of hot water, useful in the kitchen and providing a good hot shower in the bathroom.

There is also an assortment of things for use in the swimming pool.

There were efficient air conditioning units in the living room and the two bedrooms.

There is a large selection of books to read and a TV, which did not have a signal during our stay.

there is a large patio area on which the sun shines most of the day, with 2 sun beds, a table and 4 chairs, plus an outdoor clothes drier.

The apartment is not ultra modern, furnished in a more traditional way and very comfortable.

The location of the apartment is ideally situated for access on foot down hill to the sea front where many shops and restaurants are situated. The harbour bus station is at the end of the promenade where one can catch local service buses and also the red open top tourist bus.

The 603 daytime and 603B evenings, will drop you at the bus stop at the top of the hill, next to the big church. This stop is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

There is a mini market shop up a short pedestrian cut through near the crossing on the dual carriageway, approximately 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a very large supermarket on the road parallel to the sea front near the harbour bus station.

W enjoyed our holiday very much and would recommend this apartment both in terms of comfort and fo its location.

There are numerous other amazing sites in Paphos which are easily reached by car or public transport and must not be missed! There are plenty of guide books and internet sites full of information about the stunning city of Paphos and the gorgeous island of Cyprus.

Coast/Beach:

A gentle 10 minute stroll away you can be on one of Paphos’s excellent beaches which are perfect for children and families with its calm, warm waters.

Travel:

Paphos airport is a swift 15 minute drive away so an easy transfer by local taxi or hire car.

Distances:

Conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the apartments is the infamous Paphos Mosaics archeological site, the finest mosaic in the East Mediterranean which also houses the villas, theatre and a castle from the 2nd century Roman period – well worth the visit.

Further Details:

At the bottom of the road from the apartment there are a number of small stores and shops that you can buy all your groceries from, and even postcards, so there’s no long journey to be made if you run out of milk for your tea! A bit further on there are some larger supermarkets if you want to properly stock up.

Booking Notes:
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The balance of your booking will be due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. Payment can be made by cheque (although please allow 5 extra working days for clearance) or by direct bank transfer. Arrival and departure time at the apartment is 12 noon local time. Changeover Day:
