Just to say thank you for our stay in July in your apartment in Paphos, we had a fantastic time, and also thank you for the quick response with regards to the faulty kettle. I could not find the guests comment book in the apartment, so was unable to fill it in. I have recommended your apartment, and the service from you to friends and family, as the apartment and location was ideal, so hopefully you should get more bookings in the future, if we were to come back to Paphos and you would have us, I would definitely book with you again.

A perfect location.

We have stayed at this property on 3 occasions now. It is the perfect location for where we want to be. A short distance for the shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is also across the road from the car hire firm we use. Perfect.

Fabulous winter break in Cyprus

A great winter break in Paphos, stayed 6 weeks and didn't want to leave. The apartment was everything we hoped for, a real home from home. There is nothing worse than having to manage with exactly the amount of plates etc. More than enough of everything we wanted. Location great for all amenities. Fabulous sunny patio, nice and private, lovely pool but we didn't use it as a bit early in the year. Great bus service and very reasonable prices. Definitely will be back. Very happy holiday makers

fantastic apartment

We have stayed in this apartment since 2007 and we often stay for 2/3 months . Has everything you need for home from home comforts ...could do with a new sofa ! And maybe sky TV back ! But other than that no complaints any problems Keith soon sorts out ...Its in a great location for all amenities .

Owner's Response: Thanks for the review. The sofas are actually only a year old, but the heat from the sun simply destroys the leather causing them to de-laminate. It becomes a little expensive replacing sofas every year and speaking to the shop owner where they were purchased it seems to be a problem for everyone who has a sunny lounge. The satellite in orbit that broadcasts SKY TV in Cyprus stopped working 3 years ago. No one can receive SKY any more unless you have a 20 meter wide dish or stream content through the internet. A alternative satellite system has since been installed which offers films, sport and news channels in English.. Glad to hear you agree with us that the apartment is in a great location with all the amenities one could need for a fantastic holiday. Keith

A great place to stay

A fantastic central location, ideal for walking around Paphos, the appt itself has everything you need away from home, if you want to cook and cater for the family, the garden was private and the neighbours all very friendly. The pool was great and very clean, our little boy made very good use of it. Over all we would go back in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone looking for a home from home, the owner is very approachable and helpful. On a bus route if you want to go further out to Coral Bay and any wee villages you want to visit. A 5 min walk to the top of Bar St and minutes to the harbour area where you will find an abundance of restaurants and activities just waiting for you.....

All I can is it is like home from home Sandy just simply loves going to the apartment she relaxes immediately . Every thing is there to use just like home .We could not wish for a better place to stay. We have been to the apartment so many times as you are aware and to be honest I wouldn't want to go any where else Absolutely love the place

We have been to holiday a number of times in Cyprus and always found the people to be very friendly, so we decided to buy an apartment there as a home from home. The weather is almost guaranteed to be fantastic with over 320 days of sunshine every year!

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paohos at 20 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Kato Paphos at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

There are numerous other amazing sites in Paphos which are easily reached by car or public transport and must not be missed! There are plenty of guide books and internet sites full of information about the stunning city of Paphos and the gorgeous island of Cyprus.


A gentle 10 minute stroll away you can be on one of Paphos’s excellent beaches which are perfect for children and families with its calm, warm waters.


Paphos airport is a swift 15 minute drive away so an easy transfer by local taxi or hire car.


Conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the apartments is the infamous Paphos Mosaics archeological site, the finest mosaic in the East Mediterranean which also houses the villas, theatre and a castle from the 2nd century Roman period – well worth the visit.

Further Details:

At the bottom of the road from the apartment there are a number of small stores and shops that you can buy all your groceries from, and even postcards, so there’s no long journey to be made if you run out of milk for your tea! A bit further on there are some larger supermarkets if you want to properly stock up.

It's in an ideal location being in a quiet cul-de-sac but literally only a 2 minute walk to the nearest pub and restaurant. We actually viewed dozens of other properties before finding this one as location was absolutely paramount. This apartment gives you the best of both worlds in that it is very close to all the facilities Kato Paphos has to offer, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.
