Why Claire Hayward chose Bury St Edmunds

For visiting Bury St Edmunds with its historic charm, or travelling a bit further in suffolk to see the castle on the hill in Framlingham visit the delights of Aldeburgh Thorpness and Southwold thats what I love about living in this area .

Our big skies looking at the stars at night nothing better than being in the countryside.

What makes this cottage unique

The rustic country cottage charm with the big garden we have done allot of hard work here and will carry on doing so but its well worth it to enjoy what we have here.

Guestbook comments from the manager

Possibly the most restful night's sleep we have ever had. The beds and linen are fabulous. The kids loved seeing the goats and chickens and were amazed at the pool! Thanks Nick and Claire for a wonderful break. Jacqueline and Anil, Cambridge.

Stunning Cottage

  • 5 of 5

After 1 week in the B&B Claire offered me the chance to stay in the self Catering Cottage. It was a home from home, beautifully presented, equipped and spotlessly clean. It made my job nearby much more enjoyable and Claire and her husband were wonderful and generous hosts.

If you want peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings this is where you should go!!

I miss it already!!!

Lovely Cottage

  • 5 of 5

Lovely self catering cottage. Owners are very friendly and always willing to help. Cottage has a nice separate garden and has a log burner to make it feel even more comfortable. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
