5 mins walk to the beach and marina with cosmopolitan restaurants, bars and shops. There is a selection of water sports and spa facilities.


Bourgas Airport - 30 mins. Varna Airport - 1 hour 30 mins. Airport transfers can easily be arranged.


5 mins bus/taxi to Sunny Beach. Regular local bus service to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Bourgas. 5 mins walk to the old town of St Vlas, restaurants and bars, etc.

Further Details:

2 min walk to bus stop for access to Sunny Beach & Nessabar. Taxi rank also a 2 min walk from apartment. Free shuttle bus service to the two water parks. Bank/Post Office/Shops/Bars & Restaurants at Marina or the old town of St Vlas are within 5 mins walk.
