This is a new and modern apartment in the heart of this very popular holiday location which provides luxury accommodation to sleep up to six guests, extensively redecorated and refurnished throughout to a high standard. Just a few meters from Hout Bay's stunning beach along the paved pedestrian walkway, and also within a short walk of trendy restaurants and shops, No. 14 is in a perfect location. Secure undercover parking, a lift and free membership to an indoor heated swimming pool and gym (www.edgefitness.co.za) are amongst some of the features offered. It has an open plan kitchen, a large living/dining area with sliding windows offering sea and mountain views. Full bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet, plus guest toilet. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and a sofa bed in living area. Under floor heating throughout and wireless internet access is available for use in the apartment from an independent provider.

We are Clare and Andrew, parents of 3 children (14, 12 and 9) the apartment is both business and holiday home and realisation of a dream to own a home in Cape Town which goes back many years, we hope that others will enjoy staying here as much as we do.

Why Michele and Jeanne chose Hout Bay

Having looked around the Cape Town area we decided on Hout Bay for a number of reasons:

Proximity to V & A, Table Mountain, the airport as well as Cape Point (Sothern Pennisula) and Constania and wine regions.

Also Hout Bay has a safe, family friendly beach away from the crowds a key consideration.

The No14 Village Sq ticked the box for us in terms of sea views, location to restaurants and shops. Good, 24 hour security, swimming pool and gym and the fact that this is a nice new, well designed and well run building.

The apartment itself is light and very spacious and we loved the featured windows.

Thought this would make a great place for our young family and where others could come to either explore the region or just to relax in this fabulous location.
