Guestbook comments from the owner
We both think this is the very best place we have stayed in. We have enjoyed everything - the most delightful house with absolutely everything we could need. We cannot wait to return - this September without a doubt. Thank you Rosie and Simon for creating such a very special place.

What a lovely place to escape from day to day life for a few days. Breakfast overlooking the beautiful Cornish countryside, great days out, followed by relaxing evenings sat around the fire pit. Instantly felt welcome and would love to return.

From the Owner
“Little White Alice is set in the heart of the Cornish countryside but is only 10 miles from each coast. It feels remote but there is so much to do within a half hour drive it makes the ideal location for a holiday. It is also only a mile from Stithians Lake with its Watersport centre and there are two great pubs within walking distance.”

From the Owner
“The holiday homes, which the couple are continually developing, are self-sufficient in energy and water. The houses and Eco Arks have been built using as many local resources, artists and crafts people as possible. The Wild Spa area has a wood burning sauna and hot tub, a cold bucket shower and relaxing Sanctuary Room - great for star gazing with a glass of something at night. Everyday there is animal feeding when guests have the chance to meet our menagerie of farm animals, and collect eggs from our chickens. There are safe play areas for kids including a climbing frame and green play area with lots of space to ride bikes, etc.”

All our kitchens have been individually hand made by local craftsmen. The living spaces are coloured with feather filled sofas, rich hand woven curtains and cushions, warm wool rugs and wood burning stoves. The houses are in an enclosed area with lush gardens and our beautiful natural swimming pool area. Outside this little haven, we have our kitchen garden, nuttery and orchard which will provide produce for our guests to enjoy. A two acre copping wood is being created near the entrance to the farm and our 12 acres of heath land will be maintained as a natural wilderness to promote wildlife. The site is teeming with birds, rabbits, foxes and moles, bats and other wild life which we want to encourage and support alongside more domestic animals. We have built a barn owl house and a bat loft to encourage the brown long eared bats to roost. We have also created a number of bird feeding stations The alpacas, ponies, chickens, sheep and pigs have now arrived to join Marley, our black Labrador puppy, and Bonnie the farm cat
