Open plan style with fitted kitchen/living/dining area opening onto a private balcony with stunning sea views and mountain views. Large Twin bedded room with sea views .The complex is very pretty and is maintained at a high standard with a communal swimming pool area which is also a view from the balcony. The apartment is close to beach, town centre and local supermarkets all within a short walking distance. The famous caves of Nerja are within a five minute drive. The famous Spanish paella dish which is cooked on the main blue-flag Burriana beach a short walk from the apartment. There are many restaurants all within walking distance from the apartment. The Balcon of Europe is a ten minute walk. A charming 1 bedroom apartment with stunning views and within close distance for all your holiday requirements.

About Julie Mcgregor

Hi my name is Julie and I live in London. I live with my partner Steve and we have two boys who are 24 and 18. Unfortunately due to the present climate we are having to rent the apartment out. My Mum and Dad owned the apartment previously and due to ill health my dad can no longer travel so we decided to purchase the apartment from them after having so many good memories of holidays in Nerja. I hope you will experience the good times we have had in Nerja and staying at our apartment at Verano Azul Complex. It is twenty years the family have have been going to Nerja and I hope we will still going for the next twenty years. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and am looking forward to renting out our Apartment for all to enjoy.

We brought the apartment from my parents as it is lovely apartment and Nerja is such a lovely part of Spain which remains unspoilt. It is in such a great position with great views and I can think of nothing more than sitting on the balcony with the sun out, glass of wine in one hand, book in the other pure bliss.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The Apartment is a 2 min drive/10 min walk from the main Burriana beach which is an award winning blue flag beach. There are plenty of excellent restaurants that serve superb seafood along the beach. Not to be missed is the paella which is cooked on the seafront a favourite with everyone.

Travel:

Malaga Airport is approx 40mins by car. Carhire is not essential as everything is within walking distance but is recommended if you wish to see all Nerja has to offer.

Distances:

The apartment is located 10mins from the town centre of Nerja, and a 10 min walk to beach. The famous caves of Nerja are a 5min drive away. The beautiful Spanish village Frigliana is a short drive away approx 15 min.

Further Details:

There are plenty of excellent restaurants to chose from. There is a local spar just a 2min walk from the Apartment which has all your holiday essentials. The bus station is a 5min walk from Apartment which offers a range of services to various places.

Outside: The complex in which the apartment is located offers beautiful well maintained private gardens for sole residents use. There are two swimming pools. The apartment itself has a private balcony with table and chairs and gets the sun all day. There is awning which can be used if the sun gets to hot. It is perfect for eating, relaxing with a glass of wine whilst looking at the beautiful views. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included (not beach towels). The property is cleaned for arrival and on departure.
