Superb first floor one bedroom apartment in the highly rated Sirena Olympia development on the outskirts of the popular Universal area of Kato Paphos. Just 15 minutes from Paphos Airport. Located on a well maintained private complex in a quiet area overlooking the large lagoon shaped pool with ample sunbathing terraces & poolside showers. This complex is popular with couples & families looking for a relaxing holiday yet only a 20 - 25 minute stroll to Paphos harbour & seafront where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants & tavernas to suit all tastes. There is also a taverna & convenience store within 5 minutes walk.

This is the third time I have used this apartment. The owner is delightful and remembered me. The apartment has everything you need and is ideally located for people who do not mind a 30 min walk into town. Amenities are within easy reach and nicely priced for the self caterer.. The listing description is correct, the property was clean and as you would expect. It is definately a home from home for me. The restaurants we visted were all good and we did not have a single bad meal. Definate reccommendation.....

We knew from all our years in Cyprus that this developer was one of the best & knew that the complex would be of a very high standard in an ideal location away from all the hustle & bustle of Paphos town but still within easy reach of everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We were lucky enough to purchase an apartment in one of the best positions on the complex overlooking the lovely pool & terraces.

Nearest Airport : Paphos Airport at 9 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Pambis Diner at 0.5 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Tsada at 10 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A6 at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Seven St. Georges at 1 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Troodos Mountains at 123 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Municiple Beach at 2 Kilometres Car: recommended


Paphos beaches, seafront & harbour are all within 25 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive away. You can also use the beaches in front of any hotel.

Coral Bay beach which is sandy & shallow is a 20 minute drive away or you can take a bus from Paphos harbour. There are a full range of water sports available at both locations including speed boat hire, cruises, parasailing & bananas etc.

The secluded Lara Bay, location of the Turtle Sanctuary is an hours drive, as is the picturesque Latchi harbour.


The apartment is just 15 minutes drive from Paphos Airport & is easily reached by car or taxi. Larnaca airport is an easy 1 hour 30 minutes drive. A car is not necessary, however I would strongly recommend it to explore this lovely island. If you do hire a car then consider collecting it at the airport as this will save you money. We can provide you with directions to Sirena Olympia which is incredibly easy. Driving is on the same side as UK & road signs are in English as well as Greek.

Water Park 5 minutes drive.

Crazy golf 5 minutes drive.

Go carts 5 minutes drive.

Pafos harbour, Unesco World Heritage site with mosaics & catacombs are 25 minutes walk.

Tombs of the Kings 30 minutes walk.

Polis & Latchi villages are 45 minutes drive.

Further Details:

There are several supermarkets close by. Debenhams food hall is only 5 minute drive. Papantoniou supermarket in Paphos Harbour is a 5 minute drive. There is a new shopping Mall with a Carrefour supermarket 5 minutes drive away. There is a convenience store 5 minutes walk from the apartment. ATM's are located along the seafront and also in Paphos old town. There are several Private Clinics, the nearest is just 5 minutes walk away. Paphos General hospital which is free to EU residents with your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) is a short 10 minute drive.

Other things of interest available include Paphos zoo, horse riding, wineries, monasteries, Byzantine churches, archaeological museums, cruises, safari trips, fishing (sea or reservoir), diving, cycling, nature trails/hiking.

It is a short easy 15 minute drive from Paphos airport. The apartment is spacious, comfortable & bright overlooking the beautiful pool. It is located on a small well maintained friendly complex on the first (& top) floor giving privacy & security. The pool area is generally very quiet & relaxing. There is the option of 2 pools available. There are places to eat & drink within a 10 minute walk & only a 25 minute stroll to a variety of amenities. There is much to see & do in Paphos & the surrounding areas.

  • Notes on accommodation: We ask smokers to kindly refrain from smoking inside the apartment & to use the balcony. Sorry no pets allowed. Cots & high chairs are available at an extra cost. A hairdryer is provided. There are sunbeds & mattresses & an umbrella in the apartment. If using please return mattresses & umbrella to the apartment after each trip to the pool. Air-conditioning is both cooling & heating (if required in winter months). No extra charge is made for this. We have Wi Fi internet & a password will be provided. No extra charge is made for this. There is a safe for your valuables. A local contact will be made available to deal with any unforeseen problems you may encounter during your stay. Outside: The apartment has a large balcony with access from both the bedroom & the living room, with a table & 4 chairs. There are 2 large lagoon style pools with wide steps & a shallow end making them accessible & safe for children, complete with large private & immaculately maintained terraces with ample room for sunbathing. There are poolside showers. There is a private car park with ample space for parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels & linen are include (not beach towels). There is no maid service however, a spare set of bedding is avaiable & there are spare pillows, blankets & duvets should you require them. Towels can be washed as required. A clothes dryer is provided.
