A superb, refurbished ground floor apartment (first floor on coastal side of building). Situated in one of the prime front line beach locations in Nerja. The south facing terrace offers uninterrupted sea views over Torecilla beach. Close to tapas bars, restaurants and shops and a short walk to the town centre and Balcon de Europa. Comfortably furnished and spacious lounge/dining room, beautifully fitted kitchen and two twin bedrooms. Bathroom with walk in shower (no bath). Communal swimming pool. Equipped with Air-conditioning/heating and wi-fi. Double glazed throughout.

About Linda Bentley

We are Linda and Mike and we live in Llandudno, North Wales. We are very proud of our refurbished apartment in Nerja which is very clean and comfortable and ideally situated in an outstanding sea-front position, close to tapas bars, restaurants and shops and a short walk to the town centre and Balcon de Europa. We shall be continually updating and improving to maintain our high standards and hope that you will give us a try and enjoy a wonderful holiday in Nerja.

Why Linda Bentley chose Nerja

We chose our apartment on Calle Merida as it is ideally situated on the sea front with outstanding sea views, and whilst it is only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the town centre, it is in a quiet area. Hopefully our guests can enjoy a peaceful holiday, but at the same time be part of the town centre fiestas within just a few minutes if they so choose.

We had a wonderful holiday, could have stayed another month, the apartment was superb, ultra modern, clean, great location, everything we needed plus more. We had four sunny weeks, relaxing and enjoying sitting on the balcony watching the fishing boats, surfers and families playing on the beach, also spotted dolphins passing by. We enjoyed the great Carnival weekend with the town folk all dressed up and in party mood, fabulous. We can't recommend your apartment highly enough and hope to be able to return for another holiday in the near future.

Notes on accommodation: The newly refurbished apartment is clean, bright and comfortable and benefits from an outstanding position first line to the beach with uninterrupted sea views. Furnished and equipped to a high standard to ensure a wonderful holiday. No car necessary. Street parking available. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the property. Outside: There is a small garden to the sea-side of the apartment and an adjacent communal swimming pool of approx. 20 x 12 m. The spacious terrace is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and cushions and sun parasol. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen, towels and tea towels are included (not beach towels). Additional cleaning and linen/towel changes by arrangement.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment with fabulous sea views. Quiet area but access to great restaurants locally and 15 minutes walk to balcon de europe. Would definately recommend apartment.

A really relaxing place to stay.

The apartment is spacious, really clean and well equipped. You can't fail to have a good time staying here. Such wonderful views from the balcony and a hop skip and a jump to be on the beach. A lovely quiet part of the town, but a short walk to lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. We would love to stay again.

Fantastic apartment with an equally fantastic location

Where to start.... Prior communication with Linda was excellent - really prompt replies to my emails and really comprehensive information provided prior to arrival.

We were absolutely thrilled with the apartment upon arrival - spotlessly clean with everything we needed. There was even buckets and spades for the kids, beach umbrellas, body boards etc...

The kitchen is fully equipped (we cooked a few times and found everything we needed), lovely seating area with tv (and English tv which helped with the kids!)

The views are fantastic and the location couldn't have been better... Right on the beach, pool adjacent and lots of shops bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Just a 10 min stroll to the Balcon...

We have been to Nerja several times but this was by far the best location we have stayed in. The apartment is highly recommended!

Just back to a cold foggy Durham after spending a wonderful 10 days in Nerja . This apartment is in an ideal location , a short walk to the old town , on the seafront but very quiet , we never had a problem parking the car either . The apartment was very well equipped and was sparkling clean . I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone .

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in Nerja in this fabulous apartment. The location is excellent, just minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants yet is so quiet. The balcony has great views overlooking the garden and the sea, very relaxing. All rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard and the air con very much appreciated. Would definitely choose this apartment if returning to Nerja.
