Our villa enjoys its own secure compound with electric gates and parking for 2 cars. The 6 x 4 metre pool is totally private, with sun terrace and superior sun loungers. All linen is provided and is of superior Egyptian cotton. The villa has 2 separate apartments, each with bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Apartment 1 has a twin and a double bedroom with dressing area and French doors onto the balcony; Apartment 2 has a spacious lounge, French windows onto the sun terrace and two double bedrooms. The villa sleeps 8 and we do have a cot available.Situated in a quiet residential area about 8km from Benidorm. There are a couple of bar/restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

A villa that can cater for a family holiday

The villa was very comfortable to stay in. Our party was made up of 4 adults and 4 grown up children. Older adults could relax on the first floor and escape piece and quiet if they wanted. We visited in April the weather was great and the children used the pool most days the neighbours were OK and returned the pool balls when they went over the wall a few times. Beds were comfortable and the villa was clean and tidy. We were met on arrival and arranged a time to meet on departure with no problems very smooth procedure. Everyone had a great holiday. Thankyou

Special interest holidays:

Penon d’Ifach

A huge rock sticking out into the sea reminiscent of Gibraltar, at Calpe. A National Park with a visitor centre and a walk to the summit through the tunnel cut in 1918 (1,089feet). The walk to the summit must be handled with care and is not suitable for young children, but the views from the top are magnificent. The rock can be seen from far around and is unmistakable.

Fuentes d’Algar (Fonts d’Algar)

Tucked away in an orchard lined valley, these delightful waterfalls spill down the hillside in a series of natural pools where it is possible to swim. The falls are a delightful cooling spot on a really hot day. The village boasts a number of souvenir shops, restaurants and one or two other attractions. The restaurant at the entrance to the falls may be worth a stop.

Sierra de Bernia

These are the beautiful pink mountains that surround the area are the home to many wild animals and flowers, with many attractive walks and clearly defined routes.

Coast/Beach:

Albir

5 km. Blue Flag. Shingle/pebbles. Sun lounger hire. Some sand at Albir end. Fabulous family beach with stunning views and crystal waters. Marble promenade with palms, bars and cafes.

Benidorm

PONIENTE. 8km. Blue Flag. The far end is our preferred beach in the area due to sand, good swimming, lounger hire, quieter beach and good lunchtime tavernas .

LEVANTE. 7km. Blue Flag. Beach/sea cleansed and filtered everyday. One of top 10 cleanest city beaches in world. Sand. Busy.

Travel:

Alicante Airport 60 kms or 40 minutes drive.

Car Hire advice can be provided or transfers arranged.

Distances:

Several local bars & restaurants within walking distance. Local Supermarkets including Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi less than 1 km. Regular, cheap bus service into Benidorm (7KM), with bars, restaurants, shops and banks along way. The historic hilltop Polop is only 3km away and Altea 7km.

The waterfalls at Fuentes Algar are only 7km, with lunch oppertunities and swimming. Close to the villa are the international Theme Parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and the water park at Aqua Natura (5km).
