Villa in Cap Blanc, Moraira, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Quiet, Secure Location, Short Walk To Shops, Bars, Restaurants And The Sea

A very modern, well appointed, south facing villa, on one level, situated in a secluded plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a small cape (Cap Blanc) only 2.5km from Moraira. Bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. Ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. All windows are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets. There is an African style gazebo for alfresco dining, gas BBQ and comfortable sun loungers. Totally private terrace and pool with Roman step access. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Large driveway for several cars with shaded car port. We rent during the summer months and use it ourselves along with friends and family for the rest of the year. We have been very fortunate to have rented our villa to many lovely families who have looked after it, as if it was their own, and have returned regularly. Most of our bookings are repeats, and include guests that have been recommended. We have received many positive comments from them - please see Guestbook Comments.

About Rachel Lennard

We have been regular visitors to Moraira for over 31 years, renting holiday villas with mediocre standards of accommodation. In 2002 we decided to invest in our own holiday home to ensure we were not disappointed in the future. We have successfully rented our villa for a number of years and received some excellent feedback. In 2008 we totally renovated, extended and modernised our Spanish home and since then have been spending several months a year residing in Moraira. Our aim is to deliver a true "home from home" holiday experience that you will always remember.We visit our villa several times a year and consider it our second home, so it is welcoming and comfortable. Hopefully, you will want to return with friends and family. We always welcome constructive feedback and will try to accommodate reasonable requests.

Villa is used regularly by owners and family members and has a comfortable homely feel. It is in a quiet, secure location ideal for families/extended families and couples. We are not on a noisy junction or road but at the end of a cul-de-sac, an excellent position.

Notes on accommodation: Price include gas, water, electricity, weekly linen and bath towel change and pool maintenance. All bedrooms and the lounge are air-conditioned and reasonable use is expected. The cost of continuous use may be deducted from your deposit. Our villa is managed by a local Moraira company who provide you with your keys, explain our facilities and are well equipped to offer assistance when required. Sorry no pets and no smokers. Outside: Large, private, south facing terrace, African style gazebo with lighting for evening meals, large outside table with matching chairs. 8m x 4m swimming pool with side access steps. Full complement of comfortable, reclining sun loungers. Charcoal BBQ with protective cover. Hot/cold outside shower. Circular washing line and pegs. Access door to front garden from terrace. Lockable access gate to driveway. Large shingle driveway with carport for essential shade. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen, towels and bath mats are provided. Beach towels can be provided and are available at extra cost. There is a weekly linen and bath towel change for two week bookings. Other: Sun room over looking terrace and pool area. Rattan furniture, coffee table, book case, ceiling fan and large double glazed patio doors opening up onto terrace.

immaculate villa with everything you could possibly need.

The villa is ideally situated, just a little out of Moraira town, with a supermarket, bar and restaurants just a short walk at the end of the road. the villa itself is perfect for any family with a great kitchen, lovely bed rooms with plenty of storage space. The three bathrooms are immaculate. the pool is crystal clear and very private and very well maintained, lovely for a quick dip to cool off in the Spanish heat.

this is our third visit to this fabulous villa and we certainly don't want it to be our last.

A 10 minute walk from our villa is Cap Blanc, a rocky cove where you can swim and snorkel. Moraira's blue flag beaches are a 5 minute drive away. A range of water sports are available, including scuba diving, snorkeling and wind surfing. Details available upon request. There are many small coves to explore along the beautiful coastline.


Moraira is approximately 57 miles north of Alicante airport and 85 miles south of Valencia airport, with good clear motorway connections. You will need some cash for motorway tolls. Car hire is recommended. Our agent will offer assistance booking local travel and excursions.


Benidorm is a 30 minute drive away where you will find various theme parks for family days out. Javea, Denia and Calpe are close by and offer good shopping and some authentic restaurants. Jalon Valley is a short drive away providing stunning scenery and breathtaking mountain views.

Further Details:

The local Costa Blanca News is good reading as are the many "freebie" papers you will find dotted around. Our agents in Moraira can arrange beauty treatments and hairdressing at our villa to make your stay more relaxing. If you have a special occasion whilst on holiday, they can arrange caterers. We use a Freesat box for TV and obtain some of the channels you get in the UK, in addition to what we already receive in Spain.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable with the booking. If a booking is made less than eight weeks before departure the full amount, plus any additional services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Full balance, plus £300 refundable security retainer due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you, with full details of booking, plus contact details and payment information. It is essential you obtain travel insurance.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are Saturdays. Arrival time is 4pm and departure is 10.30am. Our agents in Moraira are willing to take care of suitcases etc for your convenience should timing be a challenge.
