Delightful 3 double-bedroom villa with private garden, pool and parking. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Located 10 minutes from the bustling centre of beautiful Sainte Maxime, with its many restaurants, bars, markets and beaches. A frequent boat service connects the town with St Tropez - just 15 minutes across the bay.The villa also has a separate bedroom and bathroom, which is located in the downstairs area. There is plenty of off road private parking.

About Patsy Politoff

I am an interior designer - a French national who splits her year between living in Hertfordshire and Provence. 'Chez Leyla' is very dear to me as it was a family home for many years before we decided to enter the holiday rental business! I have many happy memories of summer holidays spent there, and I hope that renters will enjoy their stay there just as much.

Notes on accommodation: Electric wall radiators for the Winter, fans in living area. It would be preferred if renters did not smoke in the house. With enclosed, surrounding gardens and a pool just a couple of meters from the house, this property is very suitable children (although they should be attended in the pool at all times). Sorry - no pets allowed. Outside: Mature gardens stocked with Provencal shrubs and flowers, and a variety of fruit trees. Front terrace with wooden chairs and coffee table, and views to distant hills. Shaded rear terrace with dining table and chairs. Sun loungers by the pool. Utility Room: Utility room located off the integral garage with separate washing machine and dryer. Additional shower, WC and hand basin. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen is included and changed at the end of each rental period (but not less than once per fortnight). This includes bath towels and beach towels. Other: The house is on two levels. The lower level includes a garage, the utility room and a fourth bedroom with double bed and dressing table. This area has not been fully renovated to date, but can be used for extra accommodation if needed.

A fabulous luxury villa with a private pool

Think of everything you would like a holiday home to be and you will find it at Chez-Leyla, a fabulous luxury villa with a private pool.

We spent a wonderfully relaxing week enjoying the tranquillity and privacy of the pool & sun terrace. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome.

The villa is spacious and stunning. Patsy has created a space which is tastefully decorated and feels luxurious but at the same time is full of home comforts making you feel right at home. We can't wait to go back.

Perfect villa, in a perfect location!

The villa and grounds are beautiful - there's a good sized swimming pool, outdoor dining table, and plenty of sun loungers for those that want to spend lazy days at the villa. Alternatively, there are beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops a short 10 minute walk away in the idyllic old town of Sainte Maxime - an ideal location!

The host, Patsy has thought of everything to make your holiday truly amazing. This really is a home away from home.

The villa was clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable, and there was a yummy welcome pack of goodies to greet us! Lovely garden and pool. A short, pleasant walk into town where there are lots of really good restaurants and there are some very nice villages nearby to visit. Patsy is the perfect host and I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone for a great holiday. Can't wait to go back!

St Maxime family perfection

From the moment when Patsy and Leah greeted us, as we pulled into the drive, to the moment we left , we were delighted with this family holiday home. The house is in very high order and suited our needs in every way. Siutated in a very quite suburb, the house is arranged over two floors, with the main floor eleveated from the road in front. There are seating areas placed strategically all around the proprerty so Sun or Shade lovers are entirely catered for, all day long. Patsy's design and atistic flair is evident within the interior, which makes the house very easy on the eye. The facilities and space provided match up to the cosmetics too, leading to a home which you can enjoy as soon as you take up residence. We have three boys aged 15 to 10 years old. The pool was absolutely fine, but I guess the property's only draw back was that the pool was very crowded with us all in at once. Being situated in a suburb was no great problem for our family, as the main Town and Beach area were only a 10 to 15 minute walk down a gradual hill. Limited mobilty families should perhaps be mindful of this though, I would caution. Fans are provided in every room, but the addition of full airconditioning would take the property into the stratosphere in terms of perfection.

We took a trip out to St Tropez on the ferry from the harbour and hired a boat for a trip down to Port Grimaud....both highly recommended.

All in all a fantastic place to spend your hard earned holiday in...and somewhere I have already recommended to my friends.

Super Villa, ideal location and a wonderful welcom

Chez Leyla is a wonderful place to stay, the villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday and the garden and pool area is just what you need on hot sunny days. There are lots of things to do near by , 10 minutes walk and your in the town of St Maxime, with its wonderful food market, restaurants and bars or you can hop on a boat to St Tropez. Also there are many other places to explore which are not too far away. We have been coming to Chez Leyla for 4 years and hope to return again .Patsy is very helpful and kind and always leaves lots of lovely goodies when we arrive. We thoroughly recommend Chez Leyla to anybody.

Car: not necessary


There are 10 kilometres of clean sandy beaches in and around Sainte Maxime - both private and public. La Croisette Beach offers a specialist sailing school, Madrague Beach a diving school, and the lovely La Nartelle Beach offers jet and water skiing just 10 minutes away by car.


The airports at Nice, Marseille, and Toulon/Hyeres can all be reached within an hour, and the TGV train station at Les Arcs is just 30 minutes away by car. Car hire is recommended, but not essential.

Booking Notes:
A 40% deposit of the rental price is required at the time of booking, and the balance must be paid not less than 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 250 UKP will be required when the balance of the rent is paid by separate cheque, and will be returned if no damage has been recorded.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day will generally be on a Saturday, but other arrangements are possible subject to availability.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
