Immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 3rd floor apartment with two comfortable balconies. (one with a canopy to shade from the sun)situated on the beautiful and popular resort of Reserva Del Higueron. With 24 hour security guard. Only 15 minutes walk down a private road to the beach.A small train can be accessed by guests to take them down to the beach or up to the supermarket & shops. 2 communal pools set in magnificent gardens, with a central pond housing many fish. Fantastic views over the mountains and also over the popular 'Club De Campo' health club (additional charge). Close to Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas, Fuengirola and Marbella. Only 15 minutes from Malaga airport. With lots of interesting places to visit, Zoo, theme park, butterfly park, seawel and fantastic beaches you will truly be spoilt!

Why Karen Kempson chose Fuengirola

Hello. Firstly thank you for looking at my beautiful apartment in Benalmadena. My two teenage daughters and I have been visiting Malaga since they were babies. We go most school holidays and never tire of the beautiful weather and the many interesting places to visit in and around the Costa Del Sol. With so many restaurants and will be spoilt for choice! The apartment is literally 10 minutes from the airport.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment benefits from air-conditioning....a must during the height of the summer season. For all those sports people out there we have a fantastic view of the paddle tennis courts and enjoy sitting on the balcony listening to the sound of the Spanish enjoying their game. The development benefits from two spectacular pools, normally put into two categories. The noisy pool and the quiet pool, we will leave that decision up to you. The gardens are also fantastic and well kept on a daily basis. There is also a 24 hour security guard and a direct road down to the beach and up to the supermarket. Guests can use the 'little train' to go up or down the hill. It runs every hour leaving from the hotel situated just before the Club De Campo.

Fantastic surroundings to the pool & gardens and with our daily walk up to the top for a newspaper and fresh bread, we even managed to keep of a few pounds from drinking all that sangria. Mr & Mrs K

Notes on accommodation: The sports club in Higueron is only 20 meters away, offers: hydrapool, steam room, sauna, gym, swimming pool, hairdresser, treatments, tennis, padel tennis, spinning - tai-chi - gap - step - pilates - aerolatin - belly dancing - vipassana meditation - psicomotricity from 3 - 7 years - bioyoga - iyengar yoga - yoga for children from 5 - 10 years - latin dances - back school - aerobic activities in pool - playroom - workshop training - personal training - multiactivities for groups and companies - power dumbell - aerobox - tennis and paddle lessons personalised or in groups. There are many fantastic golf courses near by. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only around 25 minutes by car. The tram is located about 1km and also goes to the airport which is situated about 18km away. At the entrance of Higueron are many different shops, a large supermarket,chemist, Tapas bar, bank, coffee bar, wine bar & restaurant (Italian & Indian) and a petrol station. Outside: The resort has the most magnificent gardens where you can use our own sunloungers (in the locked storage behind the parking space) to enjoy lounging around one of the two fantastic pools. The two pools are shared with the other residents, however with the size of the gardens and pools there is plenty of room for everyone. The car parking space is accessed through a private underground gate. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bed linen are included, spare bedding(EXTRA COST)and towels are provided if needed. The property will be cleaned by our proffessional cleaning company prior to your arrival. There is also a large selection of beach towels for your use. Other: Air-conditioning is available in both bedrooms and the lounge with an additional cost. 1 euro will give you about 2 hours of AC. Car parking space with storage room behind. Storage of sunbeds, umbrellas, beach towels etc are in here.

Appartement conforme à la description et moderne avec 2 terrasses donnant sur des cours de tennis.Bien équipé et bien avec des enfants.Les 2 piscines sont bien! Cependant,l appartement se situe dans une zone de construction donc bruyant dès le petit matin et manque de bol pour nous l appartement juste à côté était en travaux donc bruyant également et la propriétaire ne nous a pas prévenu....

Malaga airport is only 18km by car to Reserva Del Higueron. Car hire would be very useful in order to get around and visit some of the most fantastic sights in and around the Costa Del sol. There is a train that runs along the coast and is easily accessible from this resort by taking the private road down to the beach via the small train (by road). There is a card that you need to present to the driver.


Benalmadena Pueblo is about 10 minutes by car. Marbella is about 25 minutes by car. The famous Puerta Banus is only 20/25 minutes by car. Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli world theme park, Fuengirola waterpark & Torremolinos water park are all easily accessible by car or by taking the train.

Further Details:

On the outskirts of the development you will find a well stocked Carrefour supermarket for all your daily needs. There is also a 'newsagents' for your daily newspaper and a number of restaurants including an Italian and an Indian. A cosy spanish coffee / tapas with ample seating outside can also be found here. If you would like to book a long weekend this can be arranged by contacting the owner.

Booking Notes:
Check availability from the calendar, contact the owner by email, confirm booking, deposit of 25% then full balance one week prior to travel.Please note that if you wish to have additional cleaning service (60 euros) this can be arranged at an extra cost to you and payable to the cleaners. Vacation of the apartment can be agreed by both parties. Airport pick ups can be arranged with the owner at an extra cost each way payable to the driver on pick up and drop off.

Changeover Day:
Arrival & departure times are flexible and can be agreed by prior arrangement. Guests will be met by our key holding manager on arrival. Additionally the keys may be posted out to you. Collection from the airport can also be arranged at a cost to you which is considerably cheaper than a taxi.

Notes on prices:
Please note a £50 deposit is payable on confirmation and is non-refundable.
The deposit/balance can be paid by cheque or bank transfer and must be paid in GBP 1 week prior to arrival. Full details will be given at time of booking. We ask that you are honest should you break anything. We understand that accidents happen but please let us know then we can arrange a replacement at a cost by you / if small items we would pay for the replacement.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
